My wife and I we loved everything in this property. Everything was excellent!! The location was really good as well. In addition, you can go everywhere in Edinburgh by feet or if you are not in a mood of walking, you can have access very easy in public transportation; The staff was really friendly and helpful and the place was very clean and safe. The check in/out is self-service but very easy procedure to do by yourself, and even if you had a difficulty with that, the staff was ready to assist you. Definetly when we visit Edinburgh again, we stay there!!

Absolutly nothing!! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!

The location was perfect. It was close to the bus/tram stops on George St and Princess St, nearby shops, restaurants and pubs. I was considering a hotel in the old quarters but I'm glad I avoided that as it was so congested with tourists. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were gorgeous, comfortable and had all the amenities one would need. I also love the hang out space with drinks and pastries with a little lounge.

Bathroom was gorgeous but small. I didn't love the breakfast options. Some of the documents said the restaurant opened at 7am and other documents said 8am - it was 8am. I would have preferred 7am so I could have gotten my day started at 8am.

An absolutely faultless stay. The property is immaculate and finished to an incredibly high standard and in a great location. The self service check in is easy to use with thorough instructions provided prior to arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable to the point that we did not want to get up in the morning! The shower was large and powerful with great shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Brilliant little touches such as a heated bathroom floor, electric blinds and curtains and, of course, the complimentary glass bottles of Irn Bru in the fridge! There is so much more to list. This really was a memorable and special stay and we will definitely return.

Outstanding staff! The best of all our stays throughout Scotland--extremely responsive, helpful, very thoughtful, and welcoming. The building and interior design are beautiful and luxurious. The layout of the room made it feel larger than it was, and the in-room amenities were excellent: coffee and tea, fluffy robes, a flat iron, dish soap, and milk in the fridge, among other things. Their partner restaurant was delicious, too.

Friday/Saturday nights can be loud with 20-somethings spilling out of a nearby club and mingling on the street corners at 1am-2am before moving on. But that isn't the fault of the hotel.

Excellent location, very helpful friendly staff, apartment very clean and of the highest standard. Comfortable bed, we slept very well. Nice breakfast in Cote. Overall, great stay!

Personally, i thought there was a slight overkill with all the electrics/electronics in the apartment There was so many switches in such a small apartment, it took 10 min to figure out how to switch all the lights off. There was even a button to close the blind...and a button to close a curtain. Electronic card, to get back into the building and the apartment, stopped working on second day so couldn't get back into the building. Excellent customer service though, someone was there to help us within 5 minutes. However, if we had an old-fashioned key none of this would have happened😄

RÌGH Residences was the perfect stay. Our room was stunning and the beds were super comfortable. Being in George street meant that we basically walked everywhere that we needed to go. From Shopping - Restaurants - Attractions everything was easy to get to. Every morning fresh pastries, and every afternoon sweet cakes were put into the guest lounge for guests to enjoy. This was a lovely touch. The water pressure was excellent and there was nothing about our stay that was out of place. A+++

We we not fussed on all the disabled set up in the bathroom but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. It would have been nice to have a shower screen of some description to stop water going further that it should. I would have loved an extra day or to to visit Portobello Beach.

The standard of the hotel facilities were outstanding. The location as well, right in the middle of George Street, were great also. We didn’t really hear any noise from George Street during the night or early hours of the morning. The staff members that we dealt with were unbelievably good. So much so, when we checked out at 10:00, my son accidentally left something in our room. The gentleman (and annoyingly I didn’t get his name when we were checking out) would have went to check our room to make sure it was all in place. We were walking to the train station. The staff member found my son’s item and must have ran down Rose Street and Princes Street to give us the left item back. That to me, sums up the Righ Residences. Absolutely brilliant!!

A bit expensive. I am not sure if the rate was driven by the Oasis concert, Edinburgh Festival / Fringe and Tattoo on at the same time.

Every, starting from the nice humble staff up to the professional and hosting management.

The main thing was the odd and unusual check out time which was 10:00AM that i didn’t not pay attention to when I booked although it’s mentioned as part of their policy to be fair, which was a little inconvenient however, they have offered to keep our bags upon check out to allow us the freedom to enjoy the city hassle free which was a well appreciated. The AC was a bit noisy although it is a central unit, it could get a little annoying from the street during night specially on weekends with people partying till dawn.

A big positive note goes to the staff: Antonio was incredibly helpful, both with organizing our day and with his warm welcome. He even let us stay in the lounge room for a while as our room was being prepared. They also brought our luggage directly to the room, such an amazing service! Everything in the room works through a smart home system, and they had left us fresh milk, free drinks, and cookies. I couldn’t believe they even provided a hair straightener in the bathroom, along with a hairdryer! I absolutely loved that detail! The only small downside: the room was a bit small, so if you have large suitcases, you’ll need to keep them closed to move around comfortably. Also, the curtains, after we closed them with the smart system, unexpectedly opened by themselves at 6 AM, so it broke my sleep a bit. But again, just nitpicking. The whole experience was truly amazing!

Really beautiful interiors. Was very easy checking in and checking out as you do yourself in the lobby. We liked that there’s a lounge to hang out in and first come first serve croissants in the morning. The room was also very well stocked. The rooms are small but perfectly formed with very high ceilings.

One complaint is that it is noisy at night. The hotel is on a busy street and despite their best efforts (two blinds and curtains), it is hard to sleep over the singing and shouting outside. We stayed over a weekend so it’s potentially quieter in the week.
