The apartment was amazing Just as described as the pictures. Being on Princess Street it was close to everything. We had a problem with a window shield and they went to fix it the very next day. The communication with the staff was amazing as well through the app. The room was very clean and it has all the necessary amenities. It was big enough for my sister, my toddler and me. I wish we could have stay longer

The stairs, specially when you have heavy luggage, a toddler and you get the top floor. I should have asked the possibility to get a room in a lower floor As it is in a very busy street, it gets a little bit noisy during night time.

Fantastic location - so central to everything. Bus and tram stops a few meters away. So many amazing cafes/restaurants and shops on the doorstep! The accommodation itself is superb, finishes to a high standard with everything you could want. Such a large space with beautiful high ceilings.

Very easy to access all tourist areas from the apartment! Clean and well maintained!

Very hard to find the apartment entry upon arrival - not well marked and when we called Booking they weren’t familiar with the property and we’re not helpful. Add the photo below to the website so people can find the door.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress needs replacing. The pillows had no protectors under the slips. I found this unhygienic personally. The bath towels need to be at least one bath sheet offered for taller people.

Loved the apartment and the amenities provided. It met all of our expectations and was nicely decorated

A Lift was definitely needed. There were 58 steps up to the apartment, and we are in our late 70's. Carrying suitcases and dealing with very steep steps was a real detriment to us. This was our only criticism as everything else was wonderful

Great location with a spectacular view. Train station was just a 10 minute walk. Lots of great restaurants, attractions & parks to walk to. Washer/dryer was the cherry on top!

Hated all the stairs to the second floor, (actually like climbing up to the third floor)especially with luggage for an extended trip.

A spacious, well located apartment that is easy walking distance from Waverley station. It has modern furnishings with extremely comfortable beds and is very quiet.

We were on the fourth floor and there was no lift so it was difficult to get luggage up the stairs. Would not suit anyone who was physically challenged.

I loved the central location of the property! The apartment was everything we needed, we were able to self cater on the nights we didn’t eat out. Central enough to walk to landmarks, theatre, station and out for dinner! Perfect!

Room code for front door was same as apartment, it was unclear what floor initially we was on. The property was easy to find as had Google mapped it. Perhaps more details in the email about what to do upon arrival would be more helpful.

Location was ideal! Well appointed. Fully supplied kitchen with all the appliances of home! Very roomy!

1) Not used to the icons on the appliances we had to use the internet to interest how to use the oven and microwave. 2) No luggage racks so we had to put our luggage on the coach which rendered the couch unusable for sitting. 3)Rollaway bed and baby bed stored outside our door was off putting. 4) No A/C which was OK but should provide a floor fan. It gets very warm on the third floor. We opened the windows for a new, but had flies as well! 5) The description clear states there is no lift. I didn’t ask how many stairs to the apartment. Be aware there are 62 stairs to the 3rd floor flat.

Were able to store luggage in the offices - really easy process and offices are open for a lot of the day meaning we could go off and do our own thing. Customer services were really helpful and readily available to help. Apartment had everything we needed. Clean shower with lovely shampoo /conditioner /body wash to use. Washing machine and dishwasher with washtabs. Kitchen came with everything we needed for the weekend. Location is amazing!

The instructions on how to get into the apartment were a little confusing - could be cleared up to make it easier to enter. Rooms don't have aircon - which wouldn't normally be an issue in scotland but the apartment get very hot when its warm outside - if planning on going in summer its something to be aware of.
