The location was perfect, our daughter loved the jacuzzi bathtub, and I appreciated that there was a cot available for our 1.5 year old. I also appreciated that we could store our luggage after check out. The staff was very kind. Thank you!

Our room wasn't the best for traveling with our 1.5 year old. We were staying on the second floor with no lift and the two little kids. It was a bit of a schlep to get all of our stuff upstairs. Also, it was very easy for our 1.5 year old to open the door to the hallway since we didn't have a dead bolt in the door.

Location, very clean and only met cleaning lady and she was very nice. A nice gentleman who was working on bottom apartment helped us bring up our luggage.

So, there is 1 king bed and pull out couch bed, which we knew. However, once you open the couch bed, it blocked you from the bathroom if you were sleeping on the king. So, in the middle of the night, you had to crawl over those in pullout. It's not big deal since we are family, but just be aware if traveling with friends.

Absolutely loved it here. The space was just spectacular and perfect for our family. The storm had ruined our trip but we were more than grateful to take refuge in this suite, much better than any kind of hotel you'd find. Clean, spacious, lovely decor, good selection of channels on the telly. Location is lovely too. What a grab for the price. Great cafe downstairs. Ece was such a gem. She helped me with everything. Would definitely recommend this place and would come back again 🫶

The view was facing a wall but that's no big issue. It kept us safe from the winds.

Location was perfect. We were in town primarily for the marathon. It has a boutique feel. Very fresh, modern and classic all combined. Bathroom was spacious.

We booked a room for 3 adults. The bed was comfortable for two. The hide away bed was less than comfortable and was a very very tight squeeze to open it up and be able to walk from one side of room to bathroom or honestly anywhere in the room. The red staircase was gorgeous but a shocking experience to lug suitcase up and down 😳

Myself and two friends stayed here for a weekend trip and we absolutely loved it. The room itself was fabulous with high ceilings and beautiful decor. The main double bed was huge and we also had a sofa bed which pulled into a double bed. There’s a cafe/ restaurant downstairs in the suites which was lovely. Staff were really attentive and everything ran smoothly. Lastly, the location was perfect and right in the city centre which made exploring the city really easy. I would definitely recommended staying here for a weekend break !

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Edinburgh. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were available to answer questions by phone and everything worked out very smoothly. There are lots of places nearby to get dinner or breakfast. The parking in st James Quarter was a bargain and straightforward to manage.

The sleeper sofa in our room was a bit uneven, but we still all slept ok. No lift and fairly steep stairs could be a challenge for less able bodied guests

Hotel was at one of the prime location everything was walkable but they told us they have parking but the parking was 20 mins walk from hotel and they provided u coupon but it was 24 hr parking we cannot use thw coupon every time we take the car that too we had to pay for half price of the parking

The apartment was really clean and in a great location. It perfect for what we wanted. The bathroom was really big with a bath & a shower. The check in & out was easy & the staff were really friendly. You get a money voucher for the NCP carpark near the castle which you are given on check out.

The bed settee wasn't the comfiest & dipped at the top/head so we felt like we were sleeping on a slant, we only stopped one night so managed ok but we wouldn't have wanted to sleep on it for more than one night. There was also a lot of noise from the bar next door till quite late (think it was about 2/3pm)

Beautiful rooms with high ceilings and huge windows. Really amazing location just a ten minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. Lots of great food nearby as well as grocery and shopping options. Highly recommend if you want to be close to all of the sites.

We arrived in the evening and did the self-check in option so we never met the staff. We were a bit worried because we didn't receive the check-in instructions until the afternoon of our arrival. Everything went really smoothly though after that and we really enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and very good and spacious for our family. Sofa and extra blankets. Location is awesome in the city centre public transport easily accessible and Edinburgh castle and other attractions within walking distance of 15 mins. Staff are very approachable and helpful.

There are no staff post 5 pm. This is not an issue though. I was not able to adjust heater temperature and it seem it was preset. However, it was not enough cold during my stay. One can check with staff before hand to avoid any problems.
