It was a lovely place and had everything we needed. Location was terrific and we walked everywhere. Close to Waverley train station and the city tram too.

It would be nice to have someplace to hang towels ( hand towel) and shelves or hooks for toiletry kits.

Great location easy to get around Edinburgh & visited the National Portrait gallery. Fantast food in the area. Apartment was exceptional, I'll definatley be booking this again, great night sleep all amenities for selcatering with wide selection of Tea's coffee etc. Fantastic apartment, I highly recommend !

Rooms were upkept daily especially by Ms Monika who did her chores with welcoming smile. Although we got in after normal reception hours the access code for room & main doors (same code) was made available 24hrs before arrival and easy to use. 2 receptionist, Mr Robin & especially Mr Orpheus Mathias were very helpful and tended to our questions & needs.

We stayed for 13 nights in a well-designed small studio basement unit. Had electricity trip and kitchen sink flooding mishap on first night which resulted in multiple communication & international calls which was settled late night & re-checked next day. From then onwards comfortable.

Great location just a short walk from the tram + local bus stop + City Sightseeing (red bus) hop on / hop off bus + Prince St. Gardens, the Castle, museums, etc. Many excellent restaurant options are located in the neighborhood along Rose St. + along other nearby streets. Our apartment was clean + comfortable for 2 people. Front desk attendant Fabio was also very helpful + friendly.

We could not figure out how to turn off the lights in the kitchen + living area. The light switches that turn those lights on do not turn them off.

Great Location, walking distance to all the popular landmarks. Amazing selection of great quality restaurants right on Thistle Street. The quality of the amenities and bed were all very satisfactory.

only complaint is even with repeated reminders to the staff on duty, the house keeping did not once come to clean the room in all our 4 nights stay. ON the first day the house keeping lady came at around 9:00am and we weren't ready yet so she said she'll come back later, she never came back for the next 3 days.

Central location. Friendly staff. Able to leave luggage with reception if you arrive early. Pin number to access building and apartment. Lovely body lotion shower gel etc. Milk in fridge was handy. Useful booklets in hallway. Had iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

Few marks on wall, visible cables under tvs. Photo bit misleading as showed bedroom as seperate room rather than studio but was advertised as studio apartment, so wasn't sure. Had to turn off bathroom heater as we couldnt lower temperature. Tea towel but no washing up liquid or gloves. Ticking clock, but was able to take battery out.

Perfect city-center apartment hotel that exceeded our expectations. The spacious, clean apartment came fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, and thoughtful touches like a curated tea selection. The location couldn't be better - walking distance to all major attractions, with an exceptional espresso bar just steps from the entrance (The Cobbled Roastery). Special mention to Orfeas and the entire staff for their outstanding service. The building's quiet atmosphere provided a peaceful retreat in the heart of Edinburgh. For visitors: The city's efficient public transport network makes exploration easy. Consider visiting outside the Fringe Festival for a more relaxed experience of this charming city. Word to the wise - some places close their kitchens very early and you may end up dining on beer and crisps; so ask before booking.

Loved this accommodation, the location was excellent, the apartment was modern, clean and really lovely. We (family of 4) stayed in winter and had a fabulous time. Edinburgh is beautiful and after a day of exploring, it was so nice to come back to this apartment and relax each day. Bedrooms were a great size, living space and kitchen/dining all good. Staff at reception were very helpful, very polite and professional. Plenty of shops, coffee, restaurants around every corner. We walked to the accommodation from the train station, which we found straight forward.
