Nice sized room, comfortable bed, good variety of tea/coffee & refreshments. Location was very good. All staff were polite, informed and very helpful.

Couldn't master the lighting or heating controls- room was freezing on arrival and so increased the temp from 18° to 20°. After an hour there was no change so increased the temp to 25° - after some time still no change. I went down to reception to let them know, and they successfully and remotely increased the temp to 20°. Why was this adjustment not possible from inside the room. Lighting was also an issue as it was not intuitive. Spent several minutes pressing buttons that did not seem to bear any relation to what I wanted I.E. all sections were described as 'scenes' rather than describing their function. As a result I resorted to all 'ON' or all 'OFF as I did not have time to spend working this out - I was only staying for one night.

This hotel was stunning - we stayed in the Tokyo suite for Valentine’s Day. It was a surprise for my partner and it blew us both away. First off, the hotel location was ideal close by to everything. The elevator at reception takes you straight to the suites (there are many different themes to choose from). Our suite had everything you could ever want, it was amazing. We were given a bottle of Prosecco and rose petal turn down service with a handwritten note which really made things extra special. We were genuinely sad to leave after 2 nights and definitely will look to return again in the future.

The only thing was the loud music from the club next door however we were aware of this when booking and it’s a weekend so to be expected.

The room is very nice, although there is some wear and tear on furniture, which could do with a repaint. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom I would describe as excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to all amenities and places of interest.

I knew there was a nightclub on site. However, I was not aware that it was open from Wednesday up until I believe Sunday. I deliberately booked from Tuesday till Thursday, thinking I would avoid the noise of the nightclubs. Unfortunately my last night at the hotel was spoilt due to the noise.

perfect location. staff were very friendly and welcoming. rooms were clean and comfortable. loved that the rooms are based on cities around the world. fire alarm went off throughout our stay and we received a lovely phone call from staff apologising for this. beautiful view from the windows of the city. staff decorated our room for a special occasion.

the hotel was above a nightclub so the music was played very loud until 01:30 and then crowds gathered in the street when leaving the club which caused a lot of noise. struggled to sleep with noise. light switches were also confusing but okay once you figured them out.

I loved the central location, and how magical it feels at Le Monde! Love the themed rooms, so unique! I stayed in the Atlantis room which was just beautiful. Also thanks to Ryan on Reception for being so helpful, friendly and funny! Definitely a brilliant staff member and really enjoyed his chat!

The only thing that wasnt ideal for me was that breakfast didnt start til 8, and my pick up for work next morning was 7.30, meaning I missed it. I would have expected breakfast to have started at 7am, or even earlier.

So we stayed here as part of our wedding anniversary weekend away what a Gorgeous wee gem of a hotel with beautiful styling and decor, our room the milan was amazing! Booked our stay to coincide with our 1st wedding anniversary and hoped that there would have been a few little extras, was offered bottle of prosecco when we were checking in but decided against as it was costly and if not asking might have assumed it was complimentary. However lady who checked us in did bring 2x glasses of champagne to our room within minutes of us arriving. Our stay Felt very luxurious! Facilities in room were very good. Stunning bath and bathroom. One of the robes provided to us had a tear on belt loop and felt harsh on the skin...not soft at all. Also had the impression that slippers were provided but I cant say for certain. However staff were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. The food is very good quality we had evening meal and scottish breakfast both were amazing! We also visited the cocktail bar which is very trendy with mix age range of visitors. Would definitely return as location, standard and overall quality of stay was excelkent thank you to all at the le monde.

Tear and poor quality of the robes,

The room was beautiful. I was in “Tokyo”. It was quite luxurious. The bathroom had a big rainfall shower and a bath set into the floor with a tv in the wall at the end of it. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft and thick/full. There were two lovely big thick bathrobes to use.

I went to have a bath and relax after a day of activities and a night dining in Le Monde and then dancing in Shanghai (it was 00:45) and it was at that point I realised that the lovely bath had no plug! My friend misplaced her handbag while tending to my friend who had hit her head when she had tripped on the concrete steps outside the front door, nobody offered any assistance, to either of them, even when made aware of the situation.

Everything! Staff were amazing, our six rooms were incredible, loved every minute of our stay. The rooms are all themed on cities which was done very tastefully, super comfortable beds, fabulous shower, boutique and unique. Great Location, right next to The Dome and 5 mins from the Christmas Markets. Staff went above and beyond expectations, bags even delivered to our rooms ready for us. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll be back!

Nothing, it was all super.

The location was excellent and almost everything to see was within easy walking distance. The room was very good with plenty of space and a decent sized en-suite bathroom. The daily cleaning was faultless and the tea / coffee / snack replenishment in the room was appreciated.

The hotel reception bar area tended to get a bit cool in the late evenings, so that could be made a bit more welcoming.

Great location, staff and service. The staff goes out of their way to please you. Rooms are really nice. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel bar a must. Great restaurants and pub a short walking distance away.

When we checked out, and it was past 9Am already,there was nobody at the counter so the young lady that was taking care of breakfast had to come take care of us. They should have more staff in the morning.
