Súper well located, close to the old city, airport bus stop, restaurants and main attractions. Confortable and clean.

They did not responded my questions through the booking chat and did not receive check in instructions on time, we had to go to their offices. By email the communication was not good either, they said they emailed me but I never received them.

The location was strategic and right in the heart of everything. For us its very near to transportation (less 5 minutes to Edinburgh Waverly- flat, no uphill hike; 3 minutes to Airlink 100 buses and bus station ), halal food and all the tick list we wanted to visit. The apartment itself was nice, clean, comfortable and cozy.

The step to the apartment's door need to be have caution sign as my husband nearly fell. The hot water a bit temperamental on the last day.

The location was amazing, easy to navigate in the heart of Edinburgh city center. The apartment was clean and tidy and has everything you might need during your trip. Perfect of single traveler or a couple

Check in was 1500 after a long journey, we arrived around 14:20, they wouldn’t let us in. I understand that’s the policy but an early half hour wouldn’t hurt, we had to stay outside in very cold weather and it was raining.

Great location, just over the road from Waverley station. Nice to have a sofa and dining table separated area. Nice powerful shower with plenty of hot water.

Couldn’t open the windows by the bed as the KFC and McDonald’s extractors were in the alley below. Extractor fan in bathroom didn’t seem to work so window to Main Street was constantly steamed up so could see out properly. The fridge and door has dropped so difficult to open and doesn’t always shut tight. Few signs of wear and tear on the apartment not shown in photos. Can be noisy as next to the lift and trams outside the front.

We loved the location. It was only a short 2 minute walk to Old Town which was amazing to wander around. The unit was very quiet for being on a main street. It was very clean and comfortable.

It didn’t bother us but the lift is from the first floor up so you have to carry your bags up stairs to the first floor. Just advice for anyone that might have difficulty with that.

We loved the central location and the code access to the flat was great. It was very comfortable for 2 couples. Would highly recommend

It would have been helpful to have a note on the entrance instructions that the door to the apartments is right beside the KFC shop.... we missed seeing the door when looking from the road when we first arrived so spent some time looking behind the building for an entrance. We called your number to find out where the entrance was and right away were told it was beside the KFC and found it easily with that guidance. For anyone arriving in their own car it would be helpful to note that you have to pull over before the bus stop shelter to unload as it is a main road and hard to find with traffic.

Great apartment located at the center of the city. The apartment is clean and comfy. Communication was great, detailed instructions on how to access, check in, and check out were clearly provided after booking.

Just only after booking, we got communicated that the lift is only accessible from the 1st floor and there are approx 30 steps up to the 1st floor. Travelers will need to carry their luggage up the stair before they get access to the lift. It was a bit inconvenient for travelers with large/heavy luggage. All other was good for us.

Super location right in the heart of Edinburgh. Beautiful apartment with everything required for a relaxing break. Not having to worry about keys was a bonus with key code given prior to arrival.

Everything was perfect, the 🛌 a little on the small side but probably just used to our own king-size bed at home. Please be advised that Google Maps took us to the back of the building. Access door right next to KFC & Mcdonald

Our apartment was the biggest we've had by far compared to average accommodations, which made our stay really comfortable. It was clean, well-equipped and had everything we needed. The location is very central, perfect for exploring Edinburgh. Check-out was easy too and we appreciate that we were able to leave our luggage at their main office, just a 10–15 minute walk away. We’d definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Edinburgh again.

The only thing that would have made it even better is a standing or table fan in the room, as it could get a bit stuffy.

A studio apartment very close to Waverley Station just off Princes Street. Easy to follow instructions to gain entry via door code. Well equipped and very comfortable studio. Lots of hot water and well heated apartment. The sitting/dining area was a nice option for a little relaxation after long days sightseeing.

Heating broke so we had a night when it was not warm enough to sit comfortably in the studio. The heating was fixed the following day once Destiny Scotland staff were at work to pick up our messages. The oven was super complicated to use, and dials/images were almost impossible to see, making the use of the oven almost impossible. Instructions should be available in the room to assist. Lots of noise from the alley behind the studio building and superpowerful lights in the alley that break through the blackout blind straight onto the bed. It was a bit like sleeping under a search light and hubby had to use a sleep mask.
