Clean with large sunlit living room and good to have a kitchen.

The beds were not comfortable and flimsy. Felt like we were sinking. Slats underneath kept moving out of the slots so we sunk. It may have been broken. Hard to tell. Cheaply made and needs to be replaced. Staff was not very helpful until they saw I was very dissatisfied and then one person on the staff stepped up to help. Everyone else acted like we were doing them a favor staying there. We asked for help with luggage for very elderly grandparents and they shrugged it off. On calls previous to this they were not responsive until after it was too late for me to cancel. They change their policies to suit their needs. Didn’t feel like a professionally run operation.

Excellent location! Recently updated 2 bedroom/2 bath flat with a pull out in the living room. Digital entry to both building and unit door very convenient. Flat was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen if you would like to prepare a meal and eat in at the lovely 6 person dining room table.

No lift, so be prepared to move luggage up and then down 6 flights of stairs. Reservation was made and paid for 1 adult and 4 children. At the time of check-in, fees were added for bedding for the pull out in the living room. No a/c and the windows only open a tiny amount, so difficult to keep the flat comfortable temperature wise.

Internet speed was unfortunately disappointing and very slow, running at just 2mbps. I would have hoped in today's advanced technological world that speeds of 20mbps would have been provided given the premium paid per night. I had to use personal hotspot from my phone to ensure the firestick worked on the TV without buffering. I did book late, but it was disappointing parking was not available on site, this was advertised but only after booking was I informed that the car park close to the apartment was full and redirected to the public parking a 20 min walk away.

Central location. In the heart of the city. Close to restaurants, the gardens , hop on hop off tours, trams, bus stops. Very clean apartment , modern. Easy to access the building, instructions were very clear so you won't get it wrong :) Had a nice heating system. Modern bathrooms with hot water. Living room with tv - Netflix , prime, channel 4. Booked it for a family of 4. Everyone was happy with the experience. They also have an option of dropping bags at their office in case you arrive early before check in time and want to leave your baggage and visit the city. Absolutely loved the whole experience and would 10/10 recommend to families, couples.

Maybe the price could have been a little cheaper

The unit was everything i had hoped for and expected. Location is very good, in New Town. Beds were comfortable, showers very good. I appreciate that we were able to drop off our bags close to the unit. That was key since we arrived in town early in the morning. Since we had six people in our group we rented two units. That worked out well.

Not much. I found it odd to have a door separating the kitchen/living space and also that you had to prop open the doors to keep the from closing. We found that one other place we stayed so I expect that it no unusual.

I loved the location. Right in the centre of Edinburgh but off Princes street so not quite as noisy. We were not disturbed at all by noise. We were attending the Usher Hall which was in walking distance. The playhouse and other venues are also walking distance. Loads of cafes and bars on your doorstep We loved the apartment's bright and airiness. Exceptionally clean. Well maintained and with everything you could need. We were on the top floor which meant no footsteps above us. We loved the price. Where else in Edinburgh could you get a 2 bed suite of rooms for 140 quid! Ok it's just March and not the height of the holiday season but Edinburgh doesn't close for winter.

There was nothing we didn't like however I could see the stairs being an issue for people with reduced mobility. There is no lift but then it's a traditional Edinburgh tenement style building you are not going to get a lift. Another teeny tiny thing.... There was the ability to recycle, with bins for everything except cardboard/paper. I know every council region recycle in different combinations so I've possibly missed it. Feel mean even mentioning it.

Very spacious, extremely comfortable, well heated, well equipped, very comfortable beds, luxurious bathroom. Perfectly located to restaurants, shops and attractions. Easy transport to and from airport.

I would just suggest adding a mirror to the main bedroom.

Fantastic central location. Great communication with staff, all requests accomodated. Clean. Huge! Comfortable. Luxury. Stunning.

Provide correct amount of linen for number of guests booked - this was very quickly rectified. Supply more than one tea towel. Supply oven trays and/or foil to enable more effective cooking in the oven. Repair bottom dishwasher drawer runners - does not slide in and out, requires lifting in and out. Unsafe when full.  Remove mould from bathroom shower. Secure glass top on dining room table - VERY dangerous.  Repair fridge door as it doesn't always close/stay closed without multiple attempts.  Supply more cleaning materials - surface spray, wipes and cloths. Provide more doorstops.

The flat was spotless with super comfy beds and everything in mint condition. The location was quiet (New Town) but close to everything we needed. I will be staying at that flat again if I return to Edinburgh: we loved it !

There was nothing we didn't like ! The only thing I can think of is that the place would be even better with a few kitchen basics: some salt and pepper, some olive oil (maybe) but this is a minor detail. Nothing else was missing: there was tea, coffee and sugar. Even a few cookies.

Excellent location, comfy, roomy & functional appartment, totally quiet even when windows were open, so great for our group of kids & adults. Getting in worked like a clockwork, no hassle with keys, just code (got the code 3 days before and it was the same for downstairs main door and appartments' door) and customer service was always quick and friendly. Nobody cared getting up the stairs, nice view also over the rooftops. The luxurious Noble isle products in bathrooms were nice extra and bought some home, too.

The cleaning chemicals used in appartment were a bit strong, would love to have bedlinen that doesn't have any scent. But got use to it :)
