Very spacious, looks exactly like the pictures. 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms! It was great. Easy to access the apartment and in a central location. Delivery drivers were able to access the property as well which was handy. Bed SUPER comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with cutlery etc. The property was private and quite, did not have any disturbance from other neighbours at all

If I was being really fussy, like other reviews have mentioned, more tea/coffee making facilities (invest in sugar canister, tea bad caddy etc) rather than those mini hotel style coffee and sugars, they don’t go a long way particularly if you’re staying for more than 1 night. Some salt and pepper would have also been handy.

Best place In Edinburgh to stay It is so private, really beautiful and comfy, secure parking for extra charge of £15 for the day with cctv. Really comfy beds, probably feels better than my own bed at home. It’s also so handy having all of the appliances. Normally have to go somewhere for food in Edinburgh but we could cook our own meals here for the day. Walking distance of Edinburgh playhouse/omni centre which was handy!

The only thing I’d say is for the car park watch the bottom of your car doesn’t get scraped on the little raised triangle once the gates open 😅

The apartment was in an excellent location, the parking was a bonus! The bed was pretty comfy. The temperature of the apartment was easy to control. The communication from the team was exceptional and made the stay really warm and friendly. No keys, just a code for the keypads which we liked very much. You get a lot of space for your money, we'd be back in a heartbeat, loved it!

Some of the appliances in the kitchen were a little grubby, but we didn't really use it so it didn't matter. There was a bit of road noise but I sleep with earplugs any way, so again, it wasn't a problem. There was someone upstairs crashing and banging around - but during the day, we went out so that also didn't matter! The extractors in the bathrooms didn't work.

Location is very good. Close to the Waverly station and major attractions. Lots of eateries around. The room is bright and clean. There are one washroom/shower on the main floor and one washroom/bath/shower on the upper floor where the bed is. The bed is big.

The room is next to the road. We can hear the traffic, people and everything else clearly. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper. They provide us with some pots and pans to cook food but the pan is so scratched, it's not safe to consume the Teflon and microplastics. Please get some new pans.

They made it very easy by sending all the information the day before arrival by email and text. Also they had their own app with instructions on how to use all the appliances etc which came in very handy. The Location was amazing as very central with so many restaurants, bars and shops and had no street noise. Apartments were in pristine condition and very well decorated. The parking was an added bonus as so hard to find parking around the area. Will definitely return!

Nothing! Everything about our experience was perfect

It's probably the most spacious apartment for the price in New Town Edinburgh 5 minutes walk to James Quarter ，omni Center, and many nice restaurants and cafes on Broughton St.There's also a Tesco express down the street. The fish and chips across the street is the best in town.

Visited in July ，without AC or an opening of the windows, it felt stuffy and warm inside the apartment. Staff was able to provide a fan and opened the windows after a couple of days of delay

Beautiful apartment, and the reservation staff is friendly and helpful. This was our first time in Edinburgh, we stayed for 2 nights, 3 days. Made the booking 2 months in advance and advised some requirements, the staff was up to dot on it. Received the early check in on arrival , the apartment was spotless and clean, lovely fittings and furniture, good fit, TV and entertainments, cooking utensils available if you want to make any snacks ect. All in all 5 stars. Easy access to the restaurants and shopping malls and monuments. Definitely will rebook when coming to Edinburgh. Thanks to all the reservation staff who made it a memorable stay. All the very best.

Nothing I didn't like.

This apartment was very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and it has masses of storage space. Unexpectedly for a 1 bedroom apartment it had two bathrooms which was great as our daughter had to stay one night and the other was en suite. They provide a z bed for additional guests which was handy when she got locked out of her accommodation! Broughton Street is a really good location, short walk to the Old Town and the shopping centre and it has fantastic restaurants, a gorgeous food market and a health food shop, a couple of really nice pubs and some convenience stores. We commented that we could easily not have left the street and had a great break! The water pressure in the showers was good and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and towels were provided. I was particularly impressed with the communications from the owners, I asked for non feather bedding and the lady making up the room called me when she was there to check whether she also needed to remove the cushions on the sofa - this is a first! They also provided a fan which I had requested. There is a key pad entry system which we liked as we didn't have to worry about keys, and a large storage area for bags in the lobby so if you are checking out but leaving later you can store your bags. It was a little expensive but during the Festival this is to be expected, I would come back for sure!

The lighting was rather harsh, could do with some table/bedside lamps. The decor is not particularly inspiring given it's in an historic building, could have had a little more character. These are very minor gripes though!

Wow what a fabulous find, perfect location right on the fringe of the city literally a 5 minute walk and your in the centre, yet far enough away from heavy traffic noise, pubs shops etc right out side the apartment. Very good clean standard of accommodation with a comfortable bed clean sheets and bath/ hand towels, the kitchen facilities had everything you would need . Thank you for the perfect stay, we will be returning next year.

Absolutely nothing.

The place was easily accessible to basic necessities and was neat and clean. The stay was overall good however I would like to extend my special thanks to the team for extending their help and support in getting my jacket back which I had left in the room. It was kind enough of them to acknowledge that they found my missing jacket and pack it well to be collected by the courier guy. We also were able to get little early check in which was again a thumbs up. We really had a great stay.

It was overall a great stay and there was nothing that could be disliked. However, as our apartment was on 2nd floor and no lift, it took us time to carry our heavy bags up there but nevertheless it was a quick warm up in the cold weather. 😊
