Luca was really helpful and took my luggage upstairs as I am registered disabled. I liked the location to Exeter Racecourse and its easy access from the A38. The room was superb, I liked the fact that it had an aircon unit and a fan. It was spacious and very clean, the bed was huge and really comfy, which makes a change as usually the beds are too hard for me, but I had a super night's sleep. The shower and bathroom were immaculately clean. In fact, I feel it must have been one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Not even a smear on the shower glass. Perfect! Thank you, Erica, for doing such a lovely job!!

There wasn't much to dislike, however, I must say that because I am disabled, I struggle with stairs and carrying luggage, so I would like to suggest a ground-floor accessible bedroom for disabled people or the nearest room on the first floor. I was also unaware of the restaurant and bar closure, so it was a little inconvenient. But apart from that, it was a lovely stay and ill definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Exeter.

Location is very good. Easy free parking. Staff are helpful and nice. Rooms very clean. Kettle and tea coffee facilities in the room. Hair dryer in the room. Negatives are, bar is not open permanently, also no food/restaurant, is closed permanently. I asked the reception if I could borrow x2 wine glasses to take to our room, and they were happy to accommodate me. Also, as you come out of the hotel, turn left, and 0.2 mile on the road, there is a bar and restaurant in a holiday camp, and they are very happy for your custom. Also, 1 mile away, there is a wonderful pub that does fantastic food, called Ley Arms, which is really worth a visit. The hotel was good value for money. Nice big and very comfortable bed.

Nice room, very clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We arrived after the reception had closed, so we did a phone check in and they guided me step by step and made sure I had everything I needed and got inside my room without any issues. Room was very nice and big and comfortable. There were very nice lamps and you could change the colour of the bed side table lamp, creating a really nice atmosphere.

Could have more pillows in the bed and more toilet paper (there was only half a roll in the room).

Lovely and clean. Easy to find and park. Comfortable bed. Very easy check-in. The restaurant was closed, but once it opens again, it looks like a good place for meals and breakfast.

Not sure why there weren't any bedside lights - the main room lights were way too bright to enjoy the room, so we had to turn them off and rely on the light from the bathroom. There wasn't a hairdryer, and there wasn't anyone around in the morning to ask.for one.

the staff are so helpful and could not do enough for you so kind we will definitely be returning they phoned a taxi for us and i most definitely will recommend this accommodation to others

i do not have any bad points at all if you are looking for a cozzy sleep this.is the place for you could not hear the naibours and the double glass windows blocked out the rain

Big bed for a single. Lovely linen and towels. Very clean. You can really see where the effort has been put in.

It was so hot. The air conditioning unit was much appreciated and helped but it was very noisy. Hit my head quite badly on the eves around the window. Could do with a warning sign there. Not much pressure in the shower.

Everything met our expectations, immaculate, quiet, off street parking, the manager extremely helpful, giving us information about the area & the best place to park in Exeter.

No internet service due to someone hitting a pole on the day before Easter, which meant nothing was going to be sorted before Tuesday. Not the hotels fault.

The manager was very helpful and friendly, he went out of his way to help, for instance the famiy room at the top of the building was quite warm, although having 2 fans in there, there was also an air conditioning unit which needed an extension cable to reach the electric socket, on arrival the cable was missing and the manager/guy on shift popped out to get us 1, which made for a more comfortable stay. The hotel is by a busy road, so some noise is to be expected, also the family room which was quite spacious and suited our needs happened to be on the side of the hotel facing the road. There may be rooms which are shielded more from the traffic. We ate out, so lack of food facilities was not a problem for us.

Really nice hotel and I like the renovation that has been done. Really warm welcome from the staff and they were extremely helpful (even printed off some bits for us that we needed for a concert). There was free parking at the hotel despite some of the reviews saying there isn’t And the restaurant was open and had some really good food that kept us going Overall a really good experience

Not much to fault, Maybe that the AC in the room was a little loud, but I think that was down to having first turning it on and not allowing it to cool the room down first! Also being by the motorway the noise from the road wasn’t as bad as some people said.

Really silly thing there was no spoons in room to make a cup of tea or coffee there was just a stiring stick , for how lovely the room was and bathroom etc tiny details like spoons would make it perfect
