A beautiful breakfast, cooked to our wishes. A very peaceful location with a courtyard to sit out in. The hosts, who were so welcoming, made us a pot of tea and served us some biscuits as soon as we arrived that was most appreciated.

Quite a difficult location to find. The track to the farm was quite rutted so don't bring a car that is low to the ground. Torrington is not within walking distance, but there is nothing going on there anyway. The hosts recommended the 'Cyder Presse' some 4 miles away which was superb, with lovely home cooked meals and a very welcoming landlord.

We needed an overnight stay in the vicinity: Kipps Farm fitted the bill. It is quiet, rural: there were ducks grazing in an adjacent field and wild rabbits apparent too. We were greeted with the offer of a cup of tea: which we accepted gratefully. We were shown our accommodation in an annexe adjacent to the house. It had everything we needed for an overnight. The breakfast was good and more than adequate. And the hosts were kind and interested in us.

Take heed that if you use the postcode, then the approach is along a dirt track full of potholes. If you are not on a tarmac road then you have got it wrong! Other than that which was our mistake not theirs, nothing to complain about.

Superb breakfast prepared by our hosts to our liking. The room was small but with an en-suite was comfortable and you had use of a lounge as well which was your own. Very rural and quiet well away from roads and general town noises. We stayed as it was only 10 minutes to RHS Rosemoor and about the same to a nearby pub for dinner. Highly recommend the Cyder Presse at Weare Giffard. Our hosts were charming and made our stop a real pleasure.

Most friendly hosts that couldn't do enough for us. Very cheerful and chatty. The breakfast was very good with all the trimmings in a beautiful dining room. We had a very good night's sleep in a comfy bed and the room had all you need for a B&B stay, even FRESH milk! It's a little off the beaten track but with good directions from the host easy to find. We would highly recommend a stay at Kipp's Farm.

We had a little trouble getting down the lane because our car was totally overloaded but with the friendly help from the host we managed to get up the lane again in the morning.

Generous quality toiletries,handwash provided was Crabtree & Evelyn. Bed supplied with superior bedding,and firm pillows. Egyptian cotton towels ,soft to the skin. Complimentary tray with kettle,tea/ coffee facilities.

Peaceful, quiet, calm, very comfortable. Super comfy bed and all you need in the usual bedroom and en suite set up. The "extra" was having a lovely private sitting room with a log burner fired up by the hosts for me. in the eveing so i could work or relax reading. The locality is good for touring and visiting Rosemoor, the coast and historic sites in N Devon. And i should mention excellent breakfasts and friendly hosts as well.

Lovely one night stay. Friendly hosts who accommodated our last minute booking with no problem. We enjoyed staying in a place with an interesting history. The room, cooked breakfast and hospitality were excellent and tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival a welcome bonus.

The breakfast was excellent. We requested cooked breakfast with gluten free bread and coffee which was superb. The dining area was very spacious and atmospheric, and the terrace was great for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and attentive and we enjoyed the hot drink and biscuits on arrival. The breakfast was delicious and the use of the dining area and patio was a bonus. Secure parking in the garage for our bikes.

The double bedroom en-suite was compact and perfect. The room was on the ground floor overlooking the lovely garden. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of fresh fruit, cereals, a very tasty cooked breakfast, tea, toast and orange juice. We had a warm welcome by the owners who were friendly and chatty.
