Great location for birdwatching, which was our reason for staying. Great price for an upgraded harbour view room including breakfast. The buffet breakfast was substantial and of a good quality. The restaurant was nicely laid out too with views of the harbour. Plenty of guest parking spaces. The hotel is well staffed with an enthusiastic, friendly team.

The Bar is attractive and well run, but some of the furniture is very worn and tatty. Aircon still being used in late Oct made for an uncomfortably cold environment. Prices were pretty topped up too. The bedroom was pleasant but cold. Rads not working and unfortunately we couldn't work out how to use the handset on the space heater with no instructions.

Having stayed at Langstone Resort before, I knew what to expect before arriving. Spacious bedroom with comfy bed, free Wifi and plenty of facilities onsite, pool, steam room, gym and sauna. Staff are all very friendly and professional. Good location. Restaurant onsite is very good, with reasonably priced food and plenty of options and the breakfast is always of a good standard

It was my 2nd stay at Langstone Resort and whilst the rooms are clean and spacious and serve a purpose for an overnight stay, there are starting to show signs that bedrooms are in need of refurbishment and updating. During my first stay, there were stains on carpet near the bed and on during my most recent stay the 'plug' in the bath did not work properly and evidence on mould/mildew on the net curtains. Leisure Pool, does need re-tiling in places

The staff are lovely facilities some great some not so. Nice views nice breakfast.

In the bathroom the dispensers were not so good didn't pump, good job we brought our own. There was fan but it didn't work glad we brought our own. Pillows like concrete so not comfortable first two nights didn't sleep well because I was so tired Ion 3rd night slept better. The fire alarm went off twice one at around 10pm and then very later on in the night woke us up. On 3rd night. But managed to get back to sleep as I was so tired. Although can't do much about other residents lots of coming and going outside late at night early morning loud car music people being very loud until early hours. Really just above to make people aware .

Super friendly staff in all areas of hotel (Big shout out to the lovely Jessica on Reception ). Our room was well appointed, spacious , good walk in shower, plentiful supply of tea & coffee,safe, in fact 2 safes, iron, comfortable armchairs,TV & comfortable bed, even a dyson fan....what more do you need for a short break ! Breakfast was certainly a feast , spoilt for choice, cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, everything was in plentiful supply & hot food constantly refilled, the coffee was good too & the added bonus of harbour view from the dining room. All areas of the hotel were well maintained,light & airy & well furnished, easy parking & a swimming pool, gym & crazy golf. Really enjoyed our short break here & will definitely return.

We couldnt stay longer!

My wife and I were very happy with the room itself. We were impressed that there were two fans in the room, one Dyson and one regular floor fan. It was nice to see two chairs in the room, this has always been a pet hate of mine in some places where there is only one chair in a double bed room. There was plenty of space and even a good amount of hangers in the wardrobe. Breakfast had a fairly decent layout. I have seen better, but this was good enough for my wife and I. Overall, we were happy.

I felt the pillows were a little worn out and the options I had where good quality, but thin, or thicker pillow but very lumpy. The shower curtain in the bathtub was a real pain when showering. It kept sucking into the space and sticking to me. This was very annoying. In honesty, I expected a walk in shower in a 4-Star hotel. This was my biggest gripe.

We stayed for two nights while attending a wedding and, although we were initially concerned due to some negative reviews, we ended up having a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the reception team set the tone for our stay. The bar and restaurant area was a stylish, comfortable, and had a great view looking across the water. While the corridors leading to the rooms looked a little tired, our superior room more than made up for it. It was spacious, comfortable, and absolutely spotless, as was the bathroom. I had been worried due to what some previous reviews had suggested. Breakfast each morning was plentiful, fresh, and served hot, with a good variety to choose from. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention to the receptionist who provided a jug of soya milk for our room so we could enjoy a proper cup of tea. Very much appreciated! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A great experience all around.

Corridors to the rooms a tad tired and the exterior could do with some TLC.

The bar area is beautifully decorated and the food we ordered on our arrival at 2pm was outstanding. The menu was great, I was spoilt for choice.

The property looks very tired, drab and dated from the outside. There is no decent area to sit and apply makeup. Every room needs a well lit dressing table with a mirror. I had to take a chair and a hand mirror to the window sill. The bathroom has a well lit vanity area but when you’re sharing with a partner you can’t hog the space to apply makeup. When you’re paying over £200 per night I’d at least expect that.

There wasn't anything to dislike about this hotel. Our room was spacious and the decor was relaxing and the room was in a quiet location as requested. Breakfast offered a good variety and was extremely enjoyable looking out over the harbour. The lovely warm water in the swimming pool was one of the highlights of our stay.

The only disappointing factor was that the spa pool was not available and possibly being refurbished. I intended to ask on checking out for the purpose of the review, however, I forgot! I did know that others had commented on this and perhaps the hotel could amend their ad to state what the current status is so that others are not disappointed.

I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My room was very clean and well-maintained. I was also pleased to find that an iron and ironing board were provided in the room, which was a very useful amenity

The corridor carpet was quite dirty, which was not a great first impression. The room lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. Bed was double not queen or king size. Additionally, the breakfast was poor. There was a very limited selection of healthy options, with no fresh vegetables and the fruit being only canned. The cereal choices were unhealthy, and the only bread available was toast – there were no rolls or baguettes. Finally, the coffee was also poor

The room was a decent size and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and even though we weren't expecting the room to be serviced (as indicated in the welcome sheet) it still was. The breakfast buffet was lovely and hot dishes were hot. The location was excellent and some lovely views. There was a pool and steam room, but unfortunately didn;t have time to use them.

The towels in the bathroom could have been larger and fluffier. The online check in appeared not to be working correctly. The T&Cs didn't appear and even when I signed my name it refused to go through to the next stage., however on arrival the receptionist advised it had worked. I also couldnt change the number of guests in the room.
