Our room was bright and clean, quiet, decor modern. It was compact but not uncomfortable, plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable. The ensuite shower cubicle was small, but manageable. Outlook onto shrubbery border which was lovely. Breakfast was served in a lovely bright room with plenty of choices and opportunity to mix and match to suit requirements. Staff were helpful and attentive.

The pull cord/light above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work, reported to reception on leaving.

Lovely B&B hotel with clean & comfy rooms. Bathroom a bit tiny but the shower had good pressure. Beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty, although mine could have been a bit warmer on our first morning. Portion sizes are if anything over generous - we couldn't finish ours and we are pretty big eaters!

Breakfast selection could have included a porridge and fruit option for more variety. Location was a little further from the village centre than was ideal, however it still only took 20 mins to walk in.

Plenty of on site parking. Straightforward check in, where I was provided with lots of information about the local area. I booked the small single which was clean and still had all amenities. I ordered food to the accomodation which the receptionist brought me a plate and cutlery to eat it in the very cosy lounge area, where I enjoyed a large Bailey's from their bar. Breakfast the following morning was great quality. Staff were very friendly and even wrapped some of my left overs as I had to leave for work at Goodwood Motor Circuit, which was only 15/20 minutes away. I would love to stay here again, and I highly recommend this to anyone else considering staying in this area.

The room was spacious and I liked the fact that I could open the window as far as I wanted to! You can't do this in some hotels and I like fresh air. It was quiet...I couldn't hear other residents and I especially liked the fact that my room was at the rear of the hotel so not overlooking the road , which is busy during the day. I didn't bring my car this time but there is ample off road parking...always a plus. I liked the fact that there is a separate lounge and the dining room is light and airy. The breakfast is generous ... choice of cereals , yoghurt and fruit ; toast and preserves and /or a cooked breakfast...top ups for tea and coffee. Staff were most obliging and friendly. Information was available about local events...

I can't think of anything that could have been better.

We really liked the breakfast and the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The location is great and the tea room Bloom was really nice also . The staff all really warm and welcoming and all very professional.

Our room was at the front of the building and we were disturbed by road traffic and people coming into the building at 2 & 3am in the morning. We thought that the room could do with a fan as it was the hottest day of the year and the bedroom was really hot. My husband is 6ft3 and the shower is a small curved corner type of shower which was a bit to compact for have a comfortable shower. This probably isn’t the case for all rooms.

Booked this accommodation for an overnight stay as was attending a party nearby , it looked lovely from the photos and was exactly as the pictures depicted on arrival ,as a family of six we travelled in 2 cars so the huge car park was very good, we were split between 2 rooms and both rooms were perfectly clean and a good size. Breakfast in the morning was efficiently ordered and served with a smile It’s not been easy over the years to find places to stay for my large family and even more so now a couple of the children are adults! But this one was a perfect find

Personally only 1 thing to have made the stay easier would have been an EV charging pod

The room was a bit small but had what we needed including tea/coffee and sockets by the bed. The shower room was also small but worked very well, with an excellent shower. The breakfast included a menu of hot options but we chose to make our own toast (wholemeal or white options) with jam/marmalade/honey - there was also some fresh fruit, tinned fruit, yoghourt, cereal. Staff brought pots of tea/coffee to the table. The floors are immaculate wood. There is a lounge with daily newspapers. Ample parking. Very conveniently located for a few days sightseeing in Sussex/Hampshire.

The only minor negative was the quilt/cover - not large enough for the bed (and a bit lumpy too), so it was easy to find your feet weren't covered.

Breakfast was lovely - had the local sausages first day - I am not the biggest fan in general - but these were wonderful, and Salmon and muffin the second day - that staff were wonderful. Triple room, room was spacious and nice to have an actual 3rd bed rather than a sofa bed. Plenty of car parking

Bed was a little hard for me - but that is just preference. Being on the direct path of everyone going to breakfast, was a little noisy, but it did wake us so we didn't miss breakfast :-)

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, though small, was clean and tidy and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel itself was very cleat and tidy and really quite smart. Lovely breakfast room with a good range of breakfast options and very good service. Excellent value for money. Good location just outside town centre with a a good range of eating options within 15 mins walk or 3 mins drive.

It was very hot so we had to have the window open meaning we could hear other guests coming back to the hotel late
