Comfortable and suited our needs

Only thing ..as we were 3 females maybe a full Length mirror but that is all that we would suggest :-)

The room was spacious, and the parking was well away from the main road, well lit, and had plenty of spaces. The price was pretty reasonable, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and friendly. The bathroom was well laid out and clean.

The heating in the room was on full blast when we arrived, and it was far too hot. We had to open the windows and turn the thermostats down on the radiators. There was also a layer of dust over everything, and some cobwebs hanging from the light fittings.

As Ryecourt is situated on a very busy road, I was a bit afraid that I would have problems sleeping because of the noise. Yet my and probably other single rooms have windows to a inner yard that keeps out the traffic noise. I could even leave the window open for fresh air. Yes, the single room I had was small - i would never recommend two people staying in there. But for one person it was absolutely okay, with tea/coffee making facility. Who needs it would even have an iron and an ironing board. A supermarket is nearby, which could make up for supper and breakfast.

There is no breakfast, but the owners are clear about this. You can get supply from the supermarket and make your own tea/coffee. Or have something to eat in the nearby town centre.

My room and bathroom were very clean. The overall decor very pleasing. The view from my window was amazing, looked out at the hills and the staff very helpful and friendly First time staying and if I was ever coming back to High Wycombe I would definitely stay again.

My only small complaints would be that the shower was a bit small (corner space saver and I am a larger lady) but the shower itself very nice, good pressure and that the walls were a bit thin I could hear someone near me snoring but saying that they were VERY loud lol.

Warm welcome at reception and finalised booking and parking. Didn't get the gentleman's name but very friendly and made sure everything was to our liking. The hotel room itself was spotless, very clean and bright. Our room had a shower and bathtub which was an extra bonus. Good layout of the room and plenty of space throughout our stay.

The sign on the back of the door mentions breakfast (when I enquired it was explained they don't offer it anymore) which is fair since it wasn't advertised when we booked. But it could maybe do with updating. This was not a major issue more just something we felt could be updated.

Room was much as expected, with everything I needed. Bathroom seemed really clean and much better decorated than I expected. Best of all I wasn't asked to pay the £75 damage deposit that they mention. Very handy for Wycombe Rye parkrun.

Nothing really. Door rattled a bit when people went in and out of the next room, and my room was backing onto the car park. But I was only after a bed for the night, that was convenient for parkrun, and so was fine.

Room itself was clean. The hotel was near to the train station which was very handy. And the price was excellent. The bin-liner was biodegradable which is a little thing but I actually notice and appreciate these little touches

there was nobody to check me in after 22.00 and after 5 hour journey booked well in advance I only just managed to get there on time. there was some caked on dirt on the bath- I notice these things because I'm a housekeeper myself.

The location was spot on for us visiting family in High Wycombe! The room (9) was huge. Very well appointed, comfortable, and clean. The shower was better than our own at home!

Only gripe would be the very small TV for the size of the room. Also some flaking paint where damp under window in kitchenette. But neither fault would stop us booking again. Just suggesting improvements.

Room was reasonable size. table and chair, tea making, hairdryer and wardrobe. Beds were were comfortable we slept well. Bathroom had obviously just been refurbished so was nice. Shower worked well. Reception staff very nice and helpful. The hotel is the cheapest we could find so for the money we thought it ok for a couple of nights while attending a funeral.

The carpet in our particular room needed cleaning. The radiators weren't working the first night so alerted staff and were working the second night. Though just in case the nice lady on reception brought us an electric heater from her home.

The rooms have hairdryers, coffee/tea facilities. Beds are comfortable and clean. Staff are very nice and helpful. There has been a furbishment of the bathrooms. This was the cheapest room I could find locally for a couple of nights and was quite good for the money.

Bedrooms are on the old side. The carpet in our room could do with a clean. Our room was quite cold the first night as radiator didn't work but I didn't report this until the next morning. I was given an electric heater straight away and they said would check it out. The next night radiator worked fine, Thank you. Free parking at the premises was very handy.
