The location is outside London's ring road. I was driving into London but needed a rest the day before my appointment, so this location allowed me to stay the night for a price cheaper than a hotel inside London, plus save on one day of ULEZ charges. That way I was ready to take on my journey on the next day. The location has nearby garage, Tesco Express, and some takeaways. A bit further away there's an Aldi, Five Guys and McDonalds. So there are options to solve most basic needs on a journey.

The mattress on the bed is a bit sunk, which is why I gave the facilities a 3/4 rating. Other than that, everything was OK for the price quoted.

It was very comfortable the assistant went beyond helpful she helped me getting a taxi when I needed one she explained the keys she was always on hand ready to help in anyway I would highly recommend it

There was nothing I didn't like except the kettle in my room leaked and also there are no bins in the bathroom bins are needed in there so you can throw away personal things otherwise every thing was great

Staff very friendly

I was in room number 3 AGAIN last 4 times I've stayed there. Bed is very uncomfortable it appears to sink in the centre and leaves you with a bad back. Last time I put the mattress on the floor. Hot water was Luke warm. If I stay again and given the same room I will go somewhere else. Sorry

Friendly and very convenient location for the Cressex area. Plenty of parking with a good sized room. I'd stay there again.

For me, the room was very hot and I couldn't work out how to open a window to cool it off. While I booked a double room, the bed was a small 4'6" double bed. One side has clearly been used more. Maybe I'll turn the mattress the next time I stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and en suite bathroom. Good sized room and comfortable bed.

The shower head seemed faulty. Not all the holes were working so the water came out in a bit of a jet. A mattress topper might be a good idea.

Easy to get to, parking, clean, staff were friendly and efficient. Coffee/tea provided.

Personal preference but the bed was super soft so didn’t have the best nights sleep. And just little things, the room could do with some TLC. Some wallpaper was peeling, the attic window let light in around a blind.

small bedside lights would be of use an extra blanket/duvet available in the rooms for those of us who are bit more susceptible to the cold.

The proprietor was helpful in allowing us to check in early after our long journey. This enabled us to do the things we had planned for the day. The room was spacious, light with a good sized en suite. Even just off a busy main road. It was quiet at night. Very handy position for us geographically. There are local cafes to purchase breakfasts too if required.

Nothing much. Though the mattress could benefit from a mattress topper. It was a good sized bed. And over all, it was very good value for money.

It was very clean and comfortable. The only problem was the skylight window, it didn't open so there was no ventilation. It got quite hot and there was only a very small fan in the room, which wasn't sufficient.

To many stairs for people with any disabilities and too little ventilation

TV and/or remote did not work. Fortunately I only wanted the news. It was too late in the evening to ask for help. Bathroom sink plug was not effective and water drained from the bowl as I was shaving.
