the hotel was great, excellent customer service the staff were informative, great communication and knowledgeable. the room bed was soo comfortable and enable us to hava a good sleep. there was also a fridge and kettle in the room although the kettle had a little rust and shower was good size and was ok. the amazing breakfast was wow there was so much to have frim waffles, full english, cereal unlimited coffee and juice and they even had vegan sausages which tasted great and the bonus was check out at 12pm i definitely recommend and will be staying there again!!!!!

I loved the quirkiness of the property, the size of the room and style of it. Shower was great too and great lighting in the bathroom too. Loved the wee fridge in the room too. Love that it had its own parking at a reasonable price too.

There was no bath, which would have been great as I have scoliosis and TOS so after a long drive that would have made a huge difference in easing my pain. I didn’t like the pillows at all, too soft and they felt like down, which I’m not down with. So glad I brought my own pillow with me. Even though I made the hotel aware prior to my arrival and on my arrival, my dietary needs were not catered for so I only had a breakfast on one of the days and had to make do with what I could throw together. Also a leg press in the gym would be ace! Also a drawer for clothes would be great.

We had to check out prior to breakfast service, however we were offered a takeaway breakfast, fabulous one may think? Subsequently, the following morning we received the aforementioned takeaway breakfasts, they consisted of a pear and a cheese and tomato sandwich - absolute rubbish, who thought that was an appropriate breakfast? On the plus side the accessible room was outstanding, room to move my wheelchair around and in the bathroom they actually had a lowered sink as well as the normal one, most unusual, but very much appreciated.

The takeaway breakfast and having to pay to park, which is an absolute disgrace.

Hotel lovely and clean/new, food perfectly good, service at breakfast also very pleasant. An easy experience, convenient location, and comfortable accommodation.

The only thing that stopped me from rating this hotel higher was the person who checked us in. Not that interested in us it would seem, and he was chatting with a colleague about having 'checked in the wrong person' earlier. Also, he was texting throughout our short check-in interaction, such that I had to wait for him to finish on his phone but he realised I was asking him a question. This needs sorting, and it will then be a highly recommendable hotel!

Good location for access to M40. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and large room, very large and comfortable bed, good bathroom. High quality fridge and kettle (Smeg).

Coffee and tea selection in the room was rather minimal even for a one night stay. Though I guess I could have asked for extra supplies at reception but I was too lazy to go downstairs again. Had to leave before breakfast and was given a packed lunch instead, unfortunately the contents were rather disappointing (white bread cheese sandwiches, two apples and some very dry mini muffins) and there was no drink with it. Thankfully I had brought my own breakfast to have in my room. I think this could easily be improved upon with a bit of imagination. It's a shame when you have actually paid for your breakfast.

The hotel has a fresh, friendly interior and atmosphere. It's mainly popular for business travellers. Breakfast is fine, the variety focuses on English breakfast. The breakfast lady is really kind and helpful. The room is quite comfortable with a huge TV set.

The staff at reception never greeted us although we spent four nights there. They could offer some healthier options for breakfast and it would be nice if the scrambled eggs were made of real eggs. Cleanliness could also be improved ( although it depends on the guests as well).

Convenience, ease of parking, modern and clean. Check-in was was quick and front desk was helpful and accommodating.

We skipped breakfast and checked out within the hour after the free breakfast is over. Turns out all the coffee and tea making facilities in the common areas were turned off completely. When enquired if we can get some hot water for own tumblers and teabags, cleaning staff's response was a curt no. Not even a suggestion that we can order coffee/tea and pay at the bar counter - which we thought what the response would've been. Had we known it was going to be that strict we could've kept our room's access cards a few minutes longer to use the kettle. We have stayed at a similar Hamptons property in London with great facilities, service and attitude and thought this property would be the same - not quite.

Great hotel, large room, very comfy bed with a large television and a handy fridge. Shower was powerful and everything was spotless. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast could be improved with other options such as poached or fried eggs as only scrambled eggs were available and items like bagels would have been a nice addition but otherwise it was sufficient for my stay. Room was quite hot and as you cant open the windows you rely on the air conditioning which wasnt anywhere near cool enough for me. I like a cool bedroom and I was very hot which made sleeping a little difficult for me.

Breakfast could have been a little better. Air con needs improving.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, despite me requiring extra help (getting oxygen to room etc ). Lovely range of food available for breakfast, all freshly cooked (waffles/cooked items) and hot! Room very clean and modern with good range of services (kettle/iron/hairdryer/big TV with WiFi, fridge etc). Good disabled facilities (accessible room) including "wetroom" style bathroom, which had 2 different level sinks, making it easier to reach for wheelchair users. Nice space in general in the room for access for wheelchair user, for turning space etc.

The bed was too low, was very difficult to transfer down into, and up out of into my electric wheelchair, due to the height differences. I didn't realise it was going to be lower than a standard height bed! It would be helpful if this would be advised when booking.

The staff was polite and helpful, the whole check in was smooth and everything was explained clearly. The breakfast was great, there is a self-made waffle machine there and my daughter enjoyed it so much.

Nothing really, the hotel was perfect for this budget and we had a good night sleep, again, we cannot wait to leave the car. The rented car was still smelly and we have to wait until Monday and hopefully we can get a car change in Bath. However, there is no response from Eurocar.
