The guest house was lovely driving up to it, plenty of parking. Went to reception, spoke to the lady who i think is in charge of the establishment. Very accomodating and lovely! Ordered my breakfast which i had been told by my dad,who had been previous, it was amazing. Went up to my room, wonderful wonderful room. Clean, tidy, all the facilities you need. Had a glorious powerful shower! Good tv! The bed was very comfy! Safe to say i was very happy with the room! Went down for breakfast next morning, with a bit of an expectation going by my dads review. The sausages were as my dad said, amazing! The scrambled egg was so light and tasty. Even the tea, which youd think tastes similar anywhere you go was so much better! My whole stay was so great! Would definitely recommend and will stay again if i'm in the area next!

the rooms were spacious and spotless, shower was excellent with plenty of towels and shampoos etc, great choice of tea and coffee making options in the room, loads of spacious parking and the owner of the property was fantastic , always smiling and great communication via text, also pointed us in the direction of some nice local pubs to eat, she also along with her assistant made a banging breakfast , hot and tasty , couldnt fault the stay.

nothing to do with the property but be prepared there is only one indian restaurant and one local pub that are within walking distance , we drove around 10 mins to a Greene king pub for a couple of drinks and some food and it was fine.

Friendly communication prior to arrival, whole place immaculately clean, welcoming & comfortable - especially liked the seating areas on the landings, ideal for a quiet read. Room very comfortable, especially the bed, nice spacious room, very quiet, Breakfast excellent. Ideal location for coast & Broads as well as Norwich. Less than 10 mins walk to local pub, ( The Dog) but only food there Fri, Sat & Sunday ( street-food van) Indian restaurant 3 mins walk away & list of other nearby eateries in room Also microwave in our room & can get deliveries. We loved everything about it!

Lovely guest house in beautiful surroundings. Staff very helpful, facilities were great and spotless. Although we booked 3 double rooms we was given a family room which was very well equipped, it also had a door straight into the garden an added bonus which would be great in summer. The other 2 couples with us had smaller more basic rooms but were adequate for our one night stay. A good choice of breakfast was included with forms available to fill in your choices the night before, the food was well cooked and presented and of good quality (apart from the croissants 😆). The dining room was airy and pleasantly with plenty of room. Outside there was seating areas and an enclosed garden, ideal for the warmer months. Plenty of free parking. A jewel of a place and when we are visiting family again we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I needed accommodation close to the airport to catch an early flight. I didn't want to stay in a cold, clinical Premier Inn, and the Church Farm Guest House met all my needs. It was close to the airport, friendly, welcoming and comfortable. I liked that I could make a cup of tea and heat something for dinner. There were lovely seating options outside in the garden. Although I was unable to have breakfast, the options on the menu looked very good.

I only stayed one night and everything was perfect for my needs.

Staff at breakfast were a little stressed sometimes and one day forgot to bring our order of eggs till much later, so the toast and tea were very cold already. Lock on the bedroom door malfunctioned and I got stuck inside - not easy to reach staff to resolve it. Lock was replaced before my stay finished.

Nice cooked breakfast, clean comfy room, central location for visiting surrounding areas of Norfolk. Room 10. Double aspect windows.

No fridge in room as per suggested on booking.com description of double room. Was there for five nights so would have liked somewhere to keep a little fresh milk, snack etc as there was a microwave. Large TV on in breakfast room a little imposing but that’s just my preference.

Very clean, quiet, useful facilities like the fridge and microwave in the room. Staff were very helpful and enthusiastic. Room was a good size, wet room was clean and did the job. Plenty of towels and shower was good. Lots of plug sockets available.

I was in room 6, right next to the door to reception. This banged very loudly whenever anyone went through. It wasn't particularly a problem for me as I was shattered so slept well, but is something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper. Would have been useful to have a clearer link to the wifi code (if there is one) but booklet of info in the room was useful.

We can honestly say there was nothing we didn't like. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a fridge and microwave which came in handy. All staff were friendly and approachable. The breakfast was varied, delicious and cooked to order. Everywhere was spotless. Our room was cleaned every day. The grounds are spacious, with outdoor areas and off road parking. Church Farm is in a quiet area not far from Norwich but also not far from many other places of interest so ideal as a base.

Everything about the property and location is excellent. Tranquil setting yet only 10 minutes to Norwich City Centre for work. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and so glad I am back here in a weeks time for another work trip , looking forward to another great stay. Michaela who booked me in was very accommodating and friendly. So helpful and ensured everything was to my liking with room before I was checked in . The breakfast in the morning is freshly cooked by Carol and sets you up for the day. Overall one of the best stays I have had in the UK and a real gem if you like quiet yet convenient accommodation .
