Couldn't find fault with staff, breakfast or room

Comfy bed but Very uncomfortable pillows, far too soft & flat. Didn't sleep well

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent location after reading some comments. It's extremely close to the airport, just a five-minute walk away. I recommend using the Twilight service to drop off your bags at night for added convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient during check-in, and the breakfast buffet was delightful with a wide variety of sweet and savoury options. Overall, it was a clean and enjoyable experience. Also, if you check in like 3 PM there is a plenty of time. You can take the direct bus from the airport to the citizen center and come back.

A little bit overpriced, The shower has no door, so the water goes everywhere

We have enjoyed the breakfast, great selection of food to choose from. Nice, clean lounge with friendly staff. Making our own waffles was a really great experience for our wee one. Great location for getting to the airport quickly.

It was difficult to find the car park. All the other hotels' names were up near the roundabouts but this one. We were awere of the fee of the car park, however, I feel there should not be an extra expense if somebody stays with a car in a hotel. (Not only in here.) The receptionist said it was £12 then he has corrected himself as while he had been on holiday the charge went up to £15 -overnight staying- that he did not know about it. Also, when we wanted to leave the car park the gate hasn't opened automatically and we had to wait quite long for somebody was answering our call.

Room was quiet and had all we needed. Convenient for the airport. Good breakfast and the staff at breakfast time were very helpful

We checked in to two rooms- one for myself and my husband and one for my 90year old mother. We were not told that one room was as far away from the lifts as you can get and the other right next to the lift. We were also told that one room had a double bed and the other two singles. By the time we discovered this Mum had walked with her stick all the way to the double bed room and then had to walk all the back to swap rooms. A little extra information at check in could have prevented this inconvenience.

All the other staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast included in price, so fairly good value. Room very clean. Very near to terminal, about a 5 minute walk.

We stayed 2 nights, one before flying and a week later on return to Scotland. Girl behind bar during first stay was very surly, not friendly at all. Was downright rude to an elderly lady who wanted some more information of different wines At breakfast during second stay, the waiter pushed a trolley with lots of dirty crockery directly behind where I was sitting and proceeded to pile dirty glasses on the shelf of booth where I was eating, he also spent about 5 minutes scraping food into bin. Dining area is large and open plan, it wasn't busy, don't know why he chose to do that right next to a customer eating breakfast. Buffet breakfast took a while for some items to be replenished. Bar was very expensive.

The staff were very kind and the location was exceptional, the giant TV was great even if the HDMI ports were a little harder to access for watching personal television, the room was clean large and very warm, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, the location of the hotel being right next to the airport was fantastic, and I didn’t have to bring my bags miles around or pay for a taxi.

The hotel breakfast was very nice being able to make waffles for myself was a great experience, but I do wish the breakfast was open just a little bit longer, as I was exhausted from my early hours flight the night before.

Perfect business hotel next to the terminal. Clean, accessible, easy to use.

Dinner service is a nightmare. You have to line up for long to the bar tender and pre-order what you want to eat (and better you order ALL you want once because the line and the serving time are horrible). Then immediately pay and give your table number. Drink you can take right away. But food will be served really very long after. And when I stood there the hotel was not packed up at all! In case in the meantime you need another drink here again you have to line up at the bar. I understand the lack of service people in UK but this is not a good way to run such a hotel. Next time I will cross the street and eat at a restaurant at the airport terminal.

I had an excellent stay at Hampton by Hilton at Edinburgh Airport mostly thanks to the kind gentleman at check in. I arrived around midnight after a long journey and the night agent gave me a quiet and extremely comfortable room No 448 and a tall glass of white wine charged to my room effortlessly after a long day. I slept like a baby, breakfast was fast and excellent and the staff during my brief stay exceptional. My stay was a delight and unusually in an airport hotel I slept like a baby and felt like I was visiting a friend. Thank you guys...you knocked it out the park!!! The hotel is walking distance with suitcases from Edinburgh airport. I was really convenient especially as our flight arrived late at 2am. The breakfast was amazing, plenty to choose from. The room was very comfortable. They even had a European socket for charging my phone. Also tea and coffee in the room.

We had a meal at the restaurant in the evening. How to order wasn't quite clear - first you see which table you plan to sit at, hope noone else has decided this is their table, then you queue up at the bar to order. I'm sure there is an easier way to do this. But the food was fine and prices too.

Booked a stay for the night before a ridiculously early flight, the staff were so fab. Our airline had told us to get to the airport 3 hours before departure and the staff said to double check. All the paperwork said 3 hours, but the final final email said 2hours. Giving us an extra hour in bed -thank you Christy (apologies if the name is wrong!). We also messaged in advance about a takeaway breakfast and they organised that at check in too. A simple breakfast in the airport at 3.30am is better than a hangry me, and it's way too early in the morning for anything more. We emailed prior to arrival to also ask for a quiet room which was given and we are eternally grateful for that! (Thanks Sean!) The staff were under a lot of pressure the night we were there, there didn't seem to be enough of them on, but they worked tirelessly, and with patience. They really are a credit to the company. I'd booked twin beds so a good night's sleep could be guaranteed, and the beds were more like three-quarter doubles! Huge TV, good Aircon/heating system, good shower, great toiletries. We won't consider anywhere else for our next airport stay.

The sink seemed to be a bit high (or far back?) and I was standing on tip toes to clean my teeth. But it was there and worked, so all good. The lighting in the seating area in the bar downstairs is so bright.
