We were made to feel very welcome by Keith and Deb We were able to park on the street although there was opportunity to use a car space behind the property. The B&B was in an ideal location for exploring Keswick town center and surrounding areas. The property was spotless and the breakfast was amazing with so much buffet choice with lots of fresh fruit. Nothing was too much trouble and our needs were catered for. We had a treat left in the room each day from a biscuit to a cake. Every attention to detail to make us feel welcome and comfortable was catered for .

Nothing! The only slight thing and this is personal. My partner is a light sleeper so the curtains were a little thin as the light came through at first light! I slept like a log.

Location perfect very quiet but only 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants etc. Hosts Deb and Keith were lovely and very attentive with nothing being too much trouble. Also very helpful advice on local amenities and places to visit. The whole property was immaculately clean and the breakfast was delicious with cereals, plenty of fresh fruit and a superb full English made with top quality products. The only downside was we only stayed for 2 nights. We will definitely visit again in the near future and stay longer.

Great location with 5 minute walk to all the local restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Debbie and Keith were perfect hosts; breakfast was wonderful with a wide range of fresh fruit coupled with a traditional fried/grilled breakfast - bacon and Cumberland sausage, amazing! They welcomed us and catered for all our needs during the stay, great local knowledge of the fells and good advice on local activities. A quiet road, but so close to everything you need. Will be returning as soon as. Great stay. Thanks!

Absolutely nothing at all!

Everything! Spotlessly clean. Lovely decor. Treats in the room and bottled water provided each day. Fruit, yogurt and cereal on offer at breakfast time and of course a full English breakfast, with fried bread cut into different animal shapes each day! 😁 Location was excellent and there is parking at the back too. Our room ( the only one at present) had wallpaper on the back wall that was a map of the Lake District!!

We loved the central location, on a quiet street but within a few minutes walk from the heart of Keswick with all its shops, cafes and restaurants. It was a gentle 10 minute stroll to the lake and the Theatre by the Lake. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable with lots of little extras provided to make guests feel welcome. We had an excellent cooked breakfast with lots of additional choices including fresh fruit and cereal. Deb and Keith, are fabulous hosts, very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. They really put a lot of effort into ensuring that every guest is happy and has everything that they need. It was lovely to meet them.

I am very happy to stay at Dunsford Guest House for my five night ! Deb and Keith are very fantastic couple . They helped me a lots about my trip and gave me a lots of good ideas.. My room is beautiful and fell fresh .They put everything just I needed . The room is super clean ,spotless and tidy . I can see the Catbell though my window . What a great stay with them . Breakfast was so lovely and delicious. They offer a lots of Cereal and different fruit and yogurt for my starter and traditional English Breakfast after... Deb gave us a warm greet everyday in dining room .She is very attentive and caring person always has a beautiful smile to everybody .The location in this place is marvellous to the town . Everything is on handy ,very very convenient. This is my favourite place .Thanks again to Deb and Keith I will be back again !! Tack Care for me please! Love

Our host Deb and her husband are such wonderful people, they treat their guests with all their kindness and respect. They are always very helpful and supportive at very detailed levels. The breakfast is the best among all the BnBs we had stayed. There are surprisingly variety of fruits served and freshly cooked breakfast. The house is located very close to the town center. The room is very clean comfortable even though it is on a little smaller size but good enough for two people.

Perfect from check-in to check out! The house is in the perfect location, 2 minutes walk to the centre of Keswick. Parking either on the street or around the back of the B&B. Deb and Keith are lovely and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms have everything you need and are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is beautiful, fresh fruit and cereal followed by a great quality full English. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Andy & Andrea

What a fabulous place, our hosts Deb and Keith were so lovely and welcoming, me and my wife spent 2 days, at their beautiful guest house, located a short walk from the town, and great location for all the surrounding walks catbells, skiddaw, bleancathra and so much more!! Cannot thank them enough for a wonderful break away with my wife, they truly look after you!

The bedrooms and guest house was absolutely perfect, room cleaned every day, beautiful fresh buffet breakfast with all you could want including cooked English breakfast

Dunsford boasts a great location on a quiet street close to town centre, which is the perfect base for exploring Keswick and the Lake District. The room and facilities were perfect. It's a very well run business, with every possible need catered for. The amazing and delicious breakfast really sets you up for a day of hiking. Saving the best for last, the hosts Deb and Keith are the warmest people you will ever meet, going above and beyond to deliver the perfect vacation. I highly recommend a stay at Dunsford, and hope to return myself one day soon.
