Great stay, not sure what some of the other review are about. Parking right out side - no charge. Freindly welcome straight away Room- was SPOTLESS CLEAN, bed was so comfy, coffee and tea in room, and was cleaned during our 2 night stay fresh towels. Breakfast- it is early 8am-8.30am but we didnt leave the breakfast room till 9.15, so no rush and couldnt be more accomadating . even made my husband a bacon butty to take to his room as he didnt come down for breakfast and i was offered this i didnt ask. staff our friendly and just lovely. the B&B Is a 2 minute walk to the park and the town centre. would stay here again when in keswick. 10/10

Hosts very friendly offering very clean and comfortable room. Parking is VERY good. Breakfast very very nice. Nothing any trouble for this couple. With the occasional playing of the piano by their son - who has amazing talent - it was lovely just listening to his music from the comfort of our downstairs bedroom. As we are aged clients the walk up the incline to house was a little heavy for us but younger clients - no problem. Would definitely recommend this little gem.

The guest house was in a good central location. Perfect for exploring. Parking was straight outside the property. The property was clean and the beds very comfortable. The price was in keeping with the rest of the area.

No complimentary toiletries available at the property. When we are travelling we dont have room to carry things like shampoos and conditioners. No menu at the breakfast table and no choice. Orange juice alreadybon the table when you go down to breakfast.

Host - Perfection!! Breakfast - Amazing home cooked English breakfast (perfect eggs!!), served on warm plates. Position Position Position - just a short stroll to the main mall View from our room - to Die For across the village to Catbells Summit!! Room - Clean with all you require Curtains - to keep out the long daylight hours up here. Lift - Unfortunately there are no lifts but the fitness program is all worth it when you see the views. My review sounds over the top, but that is exactly what we experienced. We stayed in the room at top right window.

Breakfast was first Class. You could miss any lunch and just a snack for dinner. The room was large enough for me and. also was cleaned early so should you wish a nap you could have no problem. The owner and staff went out of their way to please.. The location was fine Easy to walk two ways into town. I will book for a further holiday there in the new year.

I was happy with every thing. There was nothing I could fault or complain about

The accommodation and hosts were very welcoming. The whole place was very clean. Breakfast was served quickly and was tasty. The parking was easy, and the location allowed me to walk to the centre of town within a couple of minutes, but was located such that I was not in the thick of the crowds and bustling high street. The views from room 5 (single room) were dreamy with the spectacular sunset setting itself behind Cat Bells and Causey Pike.

The property is very well maintained, good value for money and overall nothing to dislike. Our only minor issue was the electric shower in our room, difficult to regulate temperature and maintain flow

The breakfast was excellent beautifully cooked by Xueyan,great location close to shops and bus station just a short walk away,very enjoyable stay in a lovely home run by Kevan and Xueyan.

The only thing,being pensioners it was awkward getting into bed with one side being up against the wall having to climb across,but a small price to pay for a few days,in a lovely home,we would certainly go back again

Close to local amenities, excellent breakfast, clean, towels changed every day and good parking. The first bedroom we were given was very small for a four night stay but our request for a larger room was quickly arranged.

Problem with faulty bedroom door lock which was not resolved.

The location is perfect, a very short walk into town up a gentle hill. The owners were so lovely and accommodating and the room and bathroom were extremely clean. Breakfast was also lovely. I can't wait to stay again next time I'm in Keswick. I also left my camera behind by accident when I checked out and the owners very kindly posted it to my next location. Saved me so much stress! Thanks again.
