We found from we arrived until we left the Hosts, made us so welcome, and the accommodation Beautiful situated in beautiful Country side. Not that far from kilkeel town.Inside was Beautifully finished to the highest standard.Very Clean. The breakfast was well presented and was delicious. With being gluten-free, it was so nice that the hosts went that bit extra to accommodate my dietary needs.. Would Highly Recommend this Family Run location. The host went that bit extra by giving us a bottle of procecco to celebrate our anniversary. One of the best, if not the best, is b&b we have stayed at.

Great stay, house, room, and food. The hotel in town offered shuttle service which allowed us to eat there and explore town on foot. Amazing hosts. Checked in on us regularly. The scenery in and out of the house was beautiful. We even got to see the sheep in the field. Definitely would go back if I rented a car.

If you don’t have a car, then it’s located a little too far from town to walk. We taxied in from the airport. Taxi’s don’t work on Sundays (our check out day). Thankfully our host drove us to the bus stop.

We stayed here for 3 nights what an exceptional B&B lovely location beautiful rooms place was spotless . Gareth and Emma very attentive full of local knowledge telling you about places to visit and suggesting places to eat. Emma's breakfasts were amazing local quality ingredients cooked to perfection also baked lovely Banana bread and Blueberry muffins which were delicious. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Would highly recommend this B&B .

Nothing to not like everything was perfect.

Never been to Kilkeel before and only found this wee gem by chance, glad we did ..pictures on here really don't do it justice.. check out the quality of the whole package and be impressed.. greeted with a welcome handshake at the door fr Gareth and it's as though we had stayed there often. immaculate is the least standard the place offers..breakfast was beautiful in an adorable setting..made especially quaint with Faith the little helper ( Gareth & Emma's wee daughter) definitely a big yes to a return visit ..thanks you 3 .. Beautiful house and run by a beautiful family. I felt at home from the moment I arrived till I left. Breakfast was lovely and even had homemade muffins and croissants for after. Their daughter Faith was a sweet girl. The bedroom was so comfortable and immaculately clean as was the rest of the house. Would highly recommend a stay in the Mourne country house bed and breakfast.

Excellent location, Gareth and Emma made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble, even recommended somewhere local for our evening meal. The breakfast was very well cooked and presented and loads to choose from . When Gareth greeted us at the door with his adorable daughter, the entrance way was wow with the beautiful wooden staircase, the whole property is too a very high standard.

Nothing everything was absolutely amazing

The accommodation was first class, the room was lovely, the bed very comfortable, great shower and immaculately clean, the breakfast was great with special mention to Emma for her homemade blueberry muffins. Gareth was very helpful recommending places to visit or eat, and Faith shared her toys with us. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Some people may not like the fact that it's a little out of Kilkeel, but we didn't mind that.

Super friendly with professional, welcoming service. The room was comfortable, spotless and well equipped. The host was friendly and made us feel at ease to ask for anything. The breakfast offerings were wide and we thoroughly enjoyed ours each morning. The neighbourhood is quiet and the views spectacular.

I had. Wonderful stay , the owners were very very accommodating, to the point , that I should have arrived at there property at 10 pm but due to bad weather the sea ferries were delayed by hours , making my arrival to my holiday destination very late into the very late hours of the morning , they waited up for me and still they offered me a very warm welcome , i would throughly recommend the aMourne bed and breakfast stay

Location was perfect off the main track but located within easy reach of facilities. Clean & comfortable, magnificent views The bedrooms where light and airy , tea & coffee making facilities, hair dryer & the bed was very comfortable.Excellent friendly hosts, helpfull with suggestions of places to visit and eat. Breakfast was well cooked, lots of variety and fresh local foods.

There was nothing that could of been done any better.
