A truly exceptional hotel, with wonderful brand new facilities that we booked for just one night for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We wish we could have stayed longer! On checking in (very early) we were upgraded to the art plus room and given complimentary Prosecco once the staff learnt of our anniversary. We enjoyed the spa very much including a massage, sauna and steam room. The highlight was of course the rooftop infinity pool and jacuzzi which were truly one of a kind, with views of the river Thames, power station and London Skyline. The room itself was very nicely decorated with floor to ceiling panoramic windows and partial river views. You can tell everything is brand new. We finished our evening at the superb Joia restaurant which boasted panoramic views to watch the sunset.
Almost nothing ! The one very minor thing which annoyed us slightly, was that the breakfast included in the room rate, excluded bottled still water. At the price for the room and breakfast, you would have thought water would be included!! The waiter made a point to stop us on our way out of breakfast and insisted we pay the £5.29 for the water, despite having spent £1,000 at the hotel in less than one day. Other than this, easily the best hotel in London and probably the UK.

Great location and lovely staff in reception. The room was bright and very large and was given a complimentary room upgrade without asking( I never ask as I only ever expect what I pay for) They also let me check in 4 hours early as I arrived early to avoid start of tube strike.
About an hour after checking out I was sitting eating in lobby to avoid snow when marketing manager asked me to leave as he was filming. There was another lady in lobby she wasn't asked to leave area. I took my bag from reception and left and felt embarrassed.

I liked the modern rooms and great rooftop with pool and jacuzzi views towards battersea power station. It is very well connected by tube or taxi to the city center of London. It is quite a relaxing. Staff is nice
When at the pool on the rooftop, clients just visiting the bar had access to the pool area which is not the same vibe. I'm in swim trunks next to people with a nice jacket, city shoes and a jacket... I paid a room for the rooftop pool not to be with plenty people coming just for an afterwork.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my 28th birthday with a one-night stay at Art’otel Battersea, and from the moment I arrived until my departure, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. 👌🏻 Upon arrival, the check-in process was not only flawless but also remarkably efficient. The staff, particularly Christian at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure I felt genuinely welcomed. To kick off the celebrations, I was pleasantly surprised with two complimentary drink vouchers for the bar - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire stay. 🎉 The hotel’s attentiveness to detail continued as they graciously stored my bags before my room was ready. A prompt phone call informed me when my room was prepared, and to my delight, my bags were already awaiting me inside. The acknowledgment of my birthday extended further with a sweet gesture - a birthday card, a delectable brownie, and a bottle of prosecco. This personal touch truly elevated the experience. 🎂🍾 The room itself was impeccable, featuring a spacious bathroom stocked with a variety of complimentary soaps and shower products. A minor note for future guests: be mindful of the pressure-sensitive mini-bar. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the rooftop infinity pool overlooking Battersea Power Station. The surreal experience, with illuminated chimneys towering over Art’otel and the twinkling lights in the pool, exceeded my expectations. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting. 🏊♂️✨ Later in the evening, the rooftop bar provided a breathtaking view of Battersea. Despite not having a reservation, the warm reception and the attentive service made the slightly higher prices worthwhile. The staff’s efforts to secure a window-side table during my second visit added a special touch to my birthday celebration. 🌃🥂 The following morning, the hotel’s cafe/restaurant in the main lobby offered a delicious breakfast menu with diverse options.
Sometimes the lift to go to the rooftop pool was a little tricky to catch as only ONE of the lifts would take you the entire way to the roof.

Initially my booking was good, due cancelled booking. Com appt due water flood had to extend my stay and book friends in. All went well, until major water leak due to blocked sewage line stopped water in my room. I was patient for 9 hrs and the n asked for a new room. But if I had complained earlier they would have acted earlier, so proactive actions on moving effected rooms
Good location, great rooms. Just had a water leak and bad sewer smell and little to not compensation for inconvenience of no running water in my room for 9 hrs !!! Front house manager said he would said me an email, since I had prepaid the rooms. Nothing came

Great location, clean with really good staff. The rooftop pool is amazing with sensational views. On a hot summers day it would have been even better. Plenty of food options and also Battersea Power station close by for lots to do.
Hot tub was warm but the pool was a bit chilly.

Great location, right next to Battersea Power Station retail and apartments development - we chose this hotel as were meeting friends in Battersea. Rooftop bar and pool were a bonus! We paid £20 for two extra hours late checkout - good value.
There are only 3 lifts serving 16 floors... Its a secure system - you need to swipe your room card before the lift comes, but you cant see its progress, so you've no idea how long it might take. Also, only one comfortable chair in our room, a double room should have 2 surely? We paid an extra £10 per night for a high floor, but this was of no real added value as unless you have a nice Thames view it really makes no difference what floor you're on. There was a little train noise but it wasn't too late at night.

The Location is perfect for so many things Obviously the Power Station Knightsbridge Chelsea etc. The Staff were absolutely first class nothing was to much trouble for them and I received a totally unexpected bottle of Bubbly for my birthday a lovely surprise. The rooftop Pool and Hot Tub are spectacular lovely and warm and to watch daylight turn to twilight and the City light up is a sight to behold.
Above the Bed is a Smoke alarm that flashes all night and I really struggled to get off to sleep the lighting is all done by a bedside remote for me it isn't the greatest system I either had lights on or off. And unfortunately our room was on the railway side of the Hotel the first train woke me and my other half up at about 4.45 am she got back to sleep unfortunately I struggled. As a light sleeper I'd ask for a room away from the railway side of the building. And the last thing the Milk in the rooms are those dreadful little UHT pods and I think at the price point of the Hotel that is unacceptable when I go again I'll take my own milk with me.

friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. beautiful decor.
when booking with breakfast included, there are all sorts of restrictions. One cold Beverage, One Hot. only ordering off one section of the menu. It just seems complicated and unnecessary. I would think for the money you are paying, you could have 3 cappuccinos and water included.

The room was very spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated in a modern style, and had a very large, comfortable bed. There is a rooftop pool and hot tub with fabulous views of Battersea Power station. The hotel is in a great location, with the shops, bars and restaurants of the Battersea Power Station area on your doorstep. We used the Thames Clipper river boat service, which stops at Battersea Power Station, to explore the area and return to Waterloo Station to get our train home, costs more than the tube or bus, but much nicer!
The location and quality of the hotel are reflected in the price.
