The hotel is a short taxi ride from St Pancras railway station (walkable without wheeled luggage), it's slightly back from a busy road but there was no traffic or other noise during our stay. Staff were friendly and efficient and a warm chocolate cookie is provided at check-in. Our room was for four with two double beds, not large but enough for two adults and two kids. Slightly cold but not uncomfortably so, fast wifi, plenty of hot water and large fluffy towels. We were on the fifth floor but lift availability was never a problem. We had the hotel breakfast one time which was tasty and extensive but of course you pay for the wide selection, the cafes a couple of streets behind the hotel (Sizzles, Chapel cafe) do a good fry-up for less. The nearest tube station is Angel on the Northern line about 5 minutes walk away and in that general direction there are a number of restaurants and supermarkets.

Location of hotel was ideal as my teenagers were going to Coldplay in Wembley. Hotel was comfortable and very clean. It was in a lovely location, in close proximity to Angel tube station. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was chaotic. The staff didn't seem prepared for the amount of guests arriving for breakfast. There wasn't enough delf, cutlery, cups or glasses, a pile of plates, spoons might arrive out, got having just come out of the dishwasher but within seconds they were all gone. It was like there just wasn't enough stock in the kitchen. The staff were doing their best but they were just run off their feet.

My room was clean and comfortable. Hotel offered 24 hours fitness room access. Hotel provides breakfast with a wide range of items. Hotel has a few parking spaces available for guests. Location was close to some of the places I wanted to visit. On Wednesdays & Thursdays there are hamburger dinner special (Wed) & steak dinner special (Thu). I had a good view of the city skyline from my room.

Overall the staff was helpful. When I ordered a request from the restaurant kitchen during breakfast the order was never prepared. I do not the waitress the kitchen lost my order. The furnishings were on the old & worn side. The door knob-lock-electronic key housing was loose. One screw fell out of the housing when I opened the door. My room had one shower with a permanently secured shower head. The shower was located quite high. I am 5 ft 6 in. This made washing hard to reach places very difficult. My card key kept failing and I spent a lot of time securing a functional new key. The room was small. I could not spread my things out. The central London region is heavily populated and all the hotels cost more with limited space.

The breakfast was superb, as was the room itself. The air conditioning was a treat during the hot weather in London, and we barely heard any external or internal noise in our room. It was lovely and quiet! Plus, the lovely staff stored our luggage after checkout for several hours while we got in a few more sights before departing for the airport!

It's such a pity that Angel is the nearest underground. It is only a short walk to the station but it's a pity that Angel isn't a main line, but that doesn't take anything away from the hotel. If you like a bit of a walk, King's Cross is about 25 minutes straight down the road.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! The location is excellent as the hotel is just a 5 mins walk from Angel which has excellent restaurant, pub and cafe choices without the crowds of central London. Room was clean and bed very comfortable we slept very well which is always important. Mini fridge and kettle for coffee/tea was also nice to have as per standard in most DT/Hilton. Staff was friendly. We didnt use the bar or restaurant as preferred to go out at night but looked nice.

The Queen room we had whilst comfortable and clean, was on the smaller side especially for the price paid. This is not unique to this hotel though as all central London hotel rooms tend to be small and pricey. The ‘smart’ TV in the room was very dated and only had freeview which we found disappointing but not a major issue as we were out all day.

Rooms were nicely decorated and spacious and close to Angel tube station which was why we booked it.

We had pre-booked an executive upgrade When we arrived we were informed the exec rooms only had one bed which was no good for 2 adults and a child. We were then offered to upgrade to exec lounge access for our existing room but the rate was more than the discount we were previously offered. My wife was quite disappointed. Not a great start to our break. Pillows were too soft for me. Asked for a replacement pillow but the evening staff were unable to find anything better. Collection of luggage was a bit chaotic. We had left two cases and three small bags and they ended up in three different locations when we collected and took a while to find.

Really good choice with also healthy components at the breakfast buffet! Next to the Angel underground station and several bus lines are stopping round the corner of the main entrance of the hotel.

I was upgraded to a larger room, That was nice, But I wasn't told that it would be a room with a door between 2 rooms. The first night was quiet as probably there was no guest in that neighboring room. But the 2 other nights some ladies came back late and chatted very loudly for a long time. I had to protest very loudly too at 01,15 after a polite request at 00,30.... It would have been better if I had been informed about the intermediate door when I checked in, then I would probably have refused the upgrade, as I am aware of the problem with the poorer sound insulation.

location, very friendly staff, they even provided me with a 5Litre big water can for my 4 days. They usually don't provide water but since I requested they provided it.

Cleaning staff in London, barge in with their access cards. I experienced it with 2 other hotels. Ideally, if we are inside the room, their card should not work and they should understand there is a guest inside. I had to say "No, I am working " everytime they came in, while I was working in the room, glad that I was not getting ready or taking a shower.

We dropped our bags off securely in the morning with a lovely lady. When we finally checked in later that day, we was made to feel so welcome, the lovely guy (think his name was Ras) welcomed us with hot chocolate cookies, helped us with our journey options to our river cruise that evening. Our room was lovely and clean. Beds super comfy, even though close to a busy london road, quite room. We woke up to a stunning view of the city. Breakfast was amazing. The staff securely looked after our luggage for the day upon check out, even offered to help with booking transportation to our next destination, we look forward to staying with you again soon 😀

Everything was perfect 👌

Room size, in room fridge, hotel location, quietness, iron and ironing board, smart TV and TV size,

Check in was impersonal, we were not offered a cookie, we were not offered the breakfast option or any basic info about the hotel facilities. The room had a bad smell until we turned on the Aircon, we had towels for one person and a dirty one had been left hanging. Only decaf coffee was available. The hand-wash soap bottle had been broken off the wall and left next to the sink. The curtain had stains that looked like dry blood.
