Good location, clean and very comfortable room. Underfloor heating in bathroom. Smart tv, tea coffee etc. Everything perfect with the room.

Fire safety. Not sure how we would get out in a fire. We were in the basement with no obvious means of escape.

As it was a basement room there was a fan on all night which was quite noisy- as were the Tube trains not far below me! I was charged an extra £25 for "security " which I was assured would never actually be charged to my card. However, 4 days later, it's still there. I don't understand what this is for and I would like someone to explain it to me.

I always book at St Pancras Inn whenever I’m staying in London. The location is perfect - right near the station and within walking distance of shops, cafés and public transport. The rooms and facilities are spotless, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. What makes this place really stand out is the staff: extremely friendly, respectful and always willing to accommodate your needs.

There’s no wardrobe to store your clothes, and since there’s no elevator, carrying heavy luggage upstairs can be a bit challenging. Still, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, safe and centrally located stay. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

The owner of the hotel is a sweet heart and the personeel are so kind and welcoming.

The room I stayed was really next to the reception and the exit oft he hotel, so i heard people leaving and guest talking a few moments in the night.

Super welcoming and friendly staff. We didn’t even realise breakfast was included so it was a lovely surprise. We were also impressed with the service and quality of the breakfast, the chef was more than willing to help. The hotel has a really homely feel, and as we arrived quite early we knew we wouldn't be able to check in straight away. However when we returned in the evening they had taken our bags up which was a really nice touch. Yes the roads can be a bit loud in the morning as it is a central location, but you are provided earplugs. Great facilities and great location for sight seeing, would definitely return.

Devannsha on the desk who checked me in was absolutely lovely and so helpful despite the ungodly hour I arrived at. Very clean and convenient. Booked this as a very last minute thing for work. I was lucky a room came available. Good location a few minutes walk from the station and surrounded by bars /restaurants /fast food and a tesco so you can always grab something. Despite that, my room was quiet and I had a great night sleep. It was very hot but the air con was great and did work. It was fine for a one night pit stop for one, but the room is small and would not really be big enough for a leisurely holiday or 2 people.

The bathroom mirror light did not have a turn off switch and I could see light through the door so I had to take the electric card out.

I had an great stay, the room was compact and clean and very good for the price. The staff were all very friendly and I felt safe knowing only hotel guests can enter the building. I was concerned about having a windowless room, but it was fine, the bed was comfortable, and was perfect for my short trip. I couldn’t get the heating/air-con to work properly in my room so it was a bit cold for my liking but the bathroom had underfloor heating and very hot water so it wasn’t a problem and I’m sure if I’d ask reception they’d have helped.

A tiny room with everything you need for a short stay, very conveniently located for the morning Eurostar train, and by tube the whole city is within easy reach. It was spotlessly clean,.the bath, too. There is not much room for the luggage, but we knew this beforehand. The service was very friendly, and by asking before we got a first floor room (steep, narrow staircase - help was offered), and even an early check-in. Location,.cleanliness, friendliness - would like to come back!

The room was absolutely spotless. It is important to highlight in the description that it is a rather compact room and would be a challenge with large suitcases. What made the guest experience outstanding was the customer service delivered by every single employee at every single interaction. Friendly, professional, empathetic, and warm. I also loved the air freshener that was constantly at the entrance.
