The hotel is located quite far from the city centre but within the walking distance - 10 minutes there's an underground station and you can easily get to other parts of the city. Very comfortable beds, nice room. helpful staff at the reception :)

Cleaning service depends on the staff - only once there was a proper service:) one day before departure three of us were left with two towels only ;/) on the first day in the morning there was a long quarrel between two house keepers just behind our doors- not really professional:) I was surprised with the deposit I had to pay in case I use a bar... never heard of that..

The service. All the staff were friendly and helpful; Neha and Jelitta were outstanding in their help and guidance.

There was odor in the bathroom and the room that came and went at intervals and which most probably related to a sewage vent / maintenance problem.

I needed disabled access and the location was good right near the Imperial Wharf station, so only a 2 min walk and there was lift access at the station. The hotel also had good accessibility with lifts and a walk in spacious, shower. The staff were professional and friendly at reception, the rooms were very clean and tidy and housekeeping was excellent. We stayed as a family of 3 in one room for a sight seeing trip. There was a double bed and single bed and we were very comfortable. My daughter was happy with the large TV in the room. The black-out curtains were excellent and the air con was good - it was a hot weekend.

Had offer for breakfast of £15 prior to visit. Then told on checkin that breakfast was £18 & when arrived for breakfast was charged £20. Staff pleasant but not willing to alter cost. Felt very misleading information.

Staff were so friendly, and we got a little warmed cookie on arrival All facilities were amazing, clean, high spec absolutely gorgeous building Needed a shop to get some water, they gave me a bottle complimentary which was so sweet The breakfast was so yummy, so many options, plentiful and the breakfast staff were so chatty and helpful The bedroom was so comfy, big and clean, the bathroom was just amazing, shower pressure was amazing Everything was so clean Plenty of plug sockets and usb- usc options Thoroughly enjoyed and cannot wait to come back

The rooms are big, the gym next door is one of the best ever.

The location is a bit out of the way. The elevators were not great down 1/2 the time we were there.

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree London Chelsea, perfectly located just a 10-minute walk from Fulham Broadway tube station and ideal for visiting Stamford Bridge stadium. The highlight was the exceptional service from Ksenia, who kindly arranged a free room upgrade and early check-in, making our trip even more enjoyable. I had a great time with my son at the football game, and we also appreciated the tasty continental breakfast with a wide variety of options.

The only downside was the bar staff attempting to close early at 23:30, despite being told it would be open until 01:00. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience.

Excellent room, and the evening meal was very good value for money. The late check-out time of 1200 was useful as we were staying in order to be close to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital where we were visiting a patient after a major operation.

Breakfast was expensive at £18 pre-booked, or £20 walk-in. Nothing particularly special about it, or the food, with the slightly difficult buffet layout, and guests moving in all directions. It needed a chef, or monitoring waiter, on station at the buffet at all times to see which food items were running out and act on it before they are finally exhausted (croissants and baked beans in my ecperience today). We were disappointed with our £36 outlay which didn't match the quality or value for money of our previous night's evening meal.

Hotel is very nice and beautifully decorated. Warm welcome by friendly and highly professional staff. Room exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had everything we need while staying with 4 year old. Great location to travel easily anywhere in London- we specifically wanted to see museums so it was easy to get everywhere from hotel. Also had concert at eventim apollo - bus stops just in front of hotel . We felt looked after while we stayed and very happy with everything.Hotel staff went up and beyond their work - we forgot museum coins and staff was kind to find them and save while we could collect them. Really appreciate such wonderful people.

This was our third visit to this hotel - in what has now become an annual tradition. It has never let us down. This time (as per usual) all the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful - we arrived three hours before the regular check in time and were just looking to leave our bags and return later in the day but were able to check in early thanks to the reception staff - breakfast is always consistent quality (and it's always good to reacquaint ourselves with the pancake machine) the rooms are comfortable and always clean and - as we have highlighted in previous reviews for this hotel - it's very quiet, as with previous visits we were never disturbed by any noise from above, below, outside or even in the corridor by the door.

n/a - no issues or concerns - almost certainly see you again at some point next year!
