We loves the location, Brick lane is awesome if you love the multiculturalism of london. Also We loved some members of the staf like Kosuke who was extremely polite and helpfull and made our stay much better.
The room was very small for the price, the bed was very hard and the matress topper was too small for the bed, covering only around 60 pcts of the surface of the bed. This made my wife sleep on the sofa with my kid, Not good for a 250 pound per night hotel. The mattress topper also had a blood stain. The breakfast is extremelly busy with long queues and served in the hotel lobby instead of a dedicated room.

it’s a brand new hotel with great location and really friendly staff. Underground is literally 30 sec away. great hot breakfast is served with delicious waffles.
One of the elevator was up n maintenance and it the other one was feeling overcrowded.

The waffles were great! It's nice that they had oat milk.
Breakfast: There weren't any vegetables at the breakfast. The coffee doesn't taste very good. Wifi: The Wifi always disconnects you every day and then you have to confirm in the Wifi portal page again that you want to connect. That means your mobile phone is often not in Wifi and using your mobile data plan, that's highly annoying and can get expensive if you run out of data plan. Televsion: No Netflix unfortunately Room card: It says on the room card that you can also use an App to open the room door. But it doesn't seeem to work when you booked over booking.com and not the Hilton Website, and that's not mentioned anywhere in the app or their website.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Always had a smile and engaged in conversation. Not pushy or overbearing, but just really pleasant and helpful when needed. Room was a great size with kettle, fridge, tea, coffee etc. Great having a bit of extra space with the sofa. Didn't use the TV but it looks like a smart TV and is a great size. Bathroom and shower all good. Bed was huge and very comfy in the middle. The price and value for money is great for London and hotel prices in the current market. The location is also fantastic. A minute from Aldgate east tube station with the district line, and 10 minutes walk from Whitechapel. All in all a fantastic stay. Rohan, in particular at the reception desk was brilliant, great advice on places to go for food and lovely to chat to too.
The bed was a great size, however I dipped at the edges so felt like was rolling off

Room was lovely and clean and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was fantastic , the only thing I would say was for the capacity there could do with more coffee machines though the staff did try to keep on top of the queues for drinks by making the coffee in the machine behind the counter.
Our room was cleaned and 4 dirty towels were replaced by only 2 we called reception to request 2 more and were told housekeeping would bring them we waited 30 mins still no towels we called again and were told they'd send them straight away 20 mins later still no towels there were 4 of us staying in the room so 2 people ended up not showering that morning, not the end of the world but seems like a careless mistake to make which could have been rectified a lot quicker.

Location was perfect and the evening staff when we got back to the hotel later in the evening were extremely helpful. Also the lady on the waffle machine on the Saturday morning was lovely. I particularly liked the text service - as we came to go to a concert at the London Stadium and being able to text meant we knew we could order food on our return which was helpful.
I was a little disappointed we were put in a disabled facilities room - meaning there was a wet room with no proper bath or shower and the bed was really low down. I also booked a car parking space through booking.com and they replied saying they had spoken to the hotel and a free car parking space would be available. I was informed upon arrival this wasn't the case and there were no spaces allocated which was a little disappointing.

This hotel was everything I could hope for, I think. Nice and professional, comfortable and clean, with good service and amenities. The location is the big thing though - situated at the end of Brick Land, two steps from the Underground, on the border between the city and the more residential areas, walking distance to both Shoreditch and The Tower and even the south bank - for us, this is a perfect area to stay in. The nice staff was able to accomodate my wish to get a room with a view and the view from the 6th floor was quintessential London: graffiti and derlilict buildings paired with hyper modern sky scrapers - love it!
The breakfast is a bit bland, especially if you like sandwiches, but there's plenty to choose from though. Be advised that Brick Lane is a little rough around the edges if your a sensitive person who leads a sheltered life, it may not be for you. If, on the other hand, like having lots of people, restaurants and pubs around you...

The hotel is pretty nice, located in London City. The rooms are quite new. Close to Aldgate metro station and located right at the end of Brick Lane. For London prices, it is a good deal. Lots of shops open all day around.
It is a plus that breakfast is included, but don’t expect too much of it. After 2-3 days, one doesn’t mind skipping it. There aren’t a lot of options, but for a short stay it is ok. The queen bed is not that big and the matress is not amazing. Casting to the TV from another device is not permitted (e.g. airplay, chromecast) and the Movies you can “rent” on the tv have extra costs associated. There is though an hdmi option which we haven’t tried.

The room was very nice and clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfasts were tasty, although not very varied. The room had a safe, a large TV, an iron and ironing board, and a coffee set and a fridge. We liked that very much.
There was very little space in the room for bags and clothes - there was no clothes rack, only a few hangers in the hallway and a tiny shelf. We arrived with 2 large pieces of luggage and had nowhere to put our bags or clothes. Breakfasts were not very varied. And several times during our stay in the middle of the day there was a test of the fire alarm, which suddenly went off in the room - it could give you a heart attack.

This hotel is ideal for short trips. The four-bed room was clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating two king-size beds. The location is excellent, with the subway just three minutes away, providing great public transport links. Several cafés and restaurants are nearby, and the Old Spitalfields Market is within walking distance. While the breakfast isn't very diverse, it's adequate. Overall, the hotel offers a great balance of comfort, location, and accessibility, making it perfect for short-term stays.
Why are there no toilet brushes in the bathrooms? With four-person occupancy, this is very unpleasant.
