We liked the location, the reception staff were excellent. The apartment was clean. Lots of towels.

The lifts were very slow. The kitchen was great but it would be helpful if you supplied kitchen supplies even if it was a pack at reception for a small deposit?. Ie knives and forks and plates.

Location was nice, view from window was excellent.

Pictures of the room online are a bit off compared to how small the room actually was. Value for money might be questionable.

Staff amazing and helpful. Unfortunately the reason we booked Ark was the pool facility which was not in use.

Tv didn’t work in room, nobody came to fix it after we had notified reception. Mattress could have been a bit firmer but that’s subject to personal preference

It was compact, sold as apartment with a kitchen but no plates, saucepans or cutlery, which was a shame.

Great location. I liked the modern feel of it. Rooms were large, bathroom was huge although the shower was tiny.

Very noisy. Beds were quite uncomfortable.

The location was good close to the DLR station which connected to the rest of London fairly easily. Excellent faciliteis. Could have done with more kitchen equipment in the studio. The main drawback was the lack of airconditioning in the bedroom which made it difficult to sleep in hot weather. This does need to be addressed. Most people ended up in the public areas where there was airconditioning. Thats not ideal. The staff were very helpful and the service they provided was exceptional.

The light switch system made a mild but continuous buzzing (tinnitus) sound throughout the night.

It is a lovely property and the staff tries really their best and listen and are at the client s disposal. When I arrived the cleaners had forgotten to clean the room but sheets and bed were perfect. I told the staff and IMMEDIATELY had a whole crew coming cleaning and putting everything right and got a treat to breakfast the next day. In these circumstances you can t be angry. Everybody does make mistakes one day what is important is how you make up. Positively or negatively. Here they were extremely positif

All staff were brilliant. The decor is beautiful. The swimming pool and sauna are the best bits, Amazing! Price for London in general and for the quality of the stay was unbelievably cheap. Bed was so comfortable!

Advertised as apartment, with cutlery and dinnerware in photos, but when you get there there are no plates cups pots pans or cutlery, shame because we planned a night in cooking dinner on the first night, it didn't ruin our stay though because everything else made up for it. Slightly lower rating for accommodation because there's isn't really much around but that's being really fussy as in london you have everything you can ask for with a short train or tube journey.
