Great size room for two, with a chair for comfort. Bathroom was nice and the shower had good water pressure. The bedding was comfortable and the room was well kept and clean. Location is very close to Stratford station, giving fast access all over London via train or bus. Also very close to the Westfield, which is convenient.

Overall, a great stay. The only complaint is that the curtains were not block out curtains, which made for sleeping in summer a bit uncomfortable when the sun would rise at 4am and set at 9:30pm.

About the 3rd stay here, staff always very welcoming. Only a short walk from Stratford station and to dlr or tube, 3 stops to 02. Hotel has arrangement with several local restaurants where you can get disount on meals.

The staff were friendly. Ordering food was possible, and pizza was available for purchase 24/7. The reception was always staffed. The rooms had personalized Wi-Fi with fast speeds. Cleaning was done every two days, including towel and trash bin cleaning, as well as pillow and bed sheet changes. Free water was included, along with free hot drinks, and chocolate or coffee drinks with a kettle and a small refrigerator.

The room is not very well isolated; we could always hear the outside and could hear other rooms very loudly through the bathroom. The insulation is poor, but in general it was very quiet—just not quiet enough. There is poor sound insulation from the entrance door and the bathroom. The room is quite small, so be mindful. I think if you pay approximately 20-30% more, you could get a bigger room. However, for a budget option, this is a good choice.

I've stayed in almost every hotel around Stratford station. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean and well-detailed (with everything you could think of--from lights and electric outlets by the bed), to controllable AC... We adore staying here and this was our second time! REALLY wonderful staff!!! Also good breakfast buffet!!! (its a five minute walk from the tube and station, location is very convenient! Also its right next to two malls, so the food choices and quite varied and you could buy anything you forgot at home ;-)

Very nice hotel right beside the Stratford shopping centre, so plenty of shopping and food options nearby, and beside a major transport hub with many buses and trains/tubes going in every direction around London, a perfect spot for getting around the city fast while being more affordable then staying in Zone 1. Very comfortable bed and clean room, with a good shower and well stocked bathroom. I left my hoodie in the wardrobe in the room after checkout, and they kindly called and agreed to hold on to it for me so a relative living in London could pick it up a couple of weeks later, so top marks to the staff for helping with this. Highly recommended for a couple or friends needing a base in London for an event or to see the sights

Location for us was excellent as we were able to walk easily from the train station to the hotel and from there to the ABBA stadium which was the main reason for our stay. We were 2 minutes from the DLR which we needed to get to the Excel F1 exhibit another attraction we had booked. Restaurants were also walkable with some offering discounts if you let them know you are staying at the Westbridge. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and a good size, exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We didn't use the restaurant or bar so can't comment but the reception staff were efficient and friendly. A lovely hotel would highly recommend.

We may have used the restaurant if the menu was a bit more varied.

Room was good, modern, good facilities. Good location very close to the Stratford station. Cozy, comfortable room.

Housekeeping - We booked the room for 3 nights and were told we would have full housekeeping on day 2. However on the first night when we were back we saw the towels changed but the coffee cup etc that were used were left as is. On the next day as well when there was supposed to be a full housekeeping only the towels were changed and the bed made up, the pillows left on the floor. Rituals lotion in the bathroom has only water filled in it. Gave me a sense that I could not trust the cleaning.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Their hospitality alone makes you want to return. The room was small but cozy. Excellent location – a large shopping center nearby and very easy access to other parts of London.

The only drawback of the room was the lack of fresh air. Although the air conditioning was working, upon entering, there was a heavy, stuffy atmosphere with a strong smell of mold mixed with chlorine. In such cases, it would be great to have the option to ventilate the room. Unfortunately, the windows could not be opened.

We were staying over night with some friends to experience the Abba Voyage concert. The hotel was amazing. It was like staying in a country pub in the city. Staff very friendly and the rooms immaculate. Very quiet, no banging of other peoples doors in the hotel, which you usually get. Very quirky hotel, full of character. Breakfast great good choice from full English to continental. If staying London you must stay here. Tube station nearby and straight into the city.

I usually find something to complain about, you know a cracked tile in the bathroom, light switch not working or bed a little to hard. But I have no complains. It was a great place to stay in.

We had an amazing 2 night stay at The Westbridge. Location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the station which connected us easily to everywhere we needed to be. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The room itself, although on the smaller side, was very comfortable with all the extras you could possibly need including slippers and fluffy bathrobes. These came in handy whilst sat on the balcony at the end of the day, watching the world go by. We didn't have breakfast during our stay but can definitely vouch for the room service pizza, ideal when back late. We would certainly stay here in the future!!! Five Stars all the way!!!
