I have no idea why the rating is so low but it was a great stay and I even had a heater working🤣 You can get here by bus at 2 pounds - the stop is outside, it is a quiet and safe neighbourhood there is Lidl on the way to get some food. Check in is remote - you get your room number and a code for the keys - the locker can be tricky - push harder to open. Towels and linen were included in the rate, soap and shampoo. They even provide a small tea pot, that was very lovely along with coffee. The rooms and property are a bit outdated and it’s not that fancy of a place but among all the variants in Manchester this was the best. You can also use a kitchen to heat smth.

The kitchen could use some work and cleaning

I paid such a low fee for two nights I expected little more than a bird cage. I was blown away. REALLY Clean, welcoming, basic facilities provided, comfortable, simply so much more than I expected for the money. When you PAY for a Posh Hotel you get one, I paid for a birdcage and was presented with a castle by comparison. You would be nuts to miss such an inexpensive jewel !

Nothing I didn’t like or appreciate

The room was very clean. Couldn't fault the cleanliness. Everything was ready and perfect even when we got to check in early which was handy. The bed was very comfortable and a good size. Location was close to a mcdonalds and about a 10 minute drive to city centre.

The rooms are a little worse for wear. The shower was a bit tricky to use going from ice cold to burning hot without even touching it. The bathroom was very small. As a slightly bigger person I struggled with the size. The bathroom door was also hanging on for desr life as its hinged were loose. We had to lift the door to open or close it. The cleaners tried to come in the room before our checkout time which was a bit freaky and they were all hanging out in a room under the stairs with the door wide open which caused us to struggle going in and out of our room.

I loved everything about this property to be honest there nothing I’d change it gives you all the facilities you need really all in all a brilliant place great value for money very comfortable the staff are helpful I booked for 2 night but ended up staying the whole week basically 5 days brilliant place would definitely recommend

I had no breakfast. Did not know there was any.

Could not reach out to anybody when I needed help. The key to the main door was nearly broken when I had it, and found it difficult to open. Had to wait for about half an hour before someone entering let me in. I calledthe phone number and sent a message for help but had no answer.

Everything was nice and cosy, just what we needed for the weekend. Was surprised by the ensuite, thought it was going to be communal, so was happy with that.

The front door was very sticky and hard to open, we had to ram it to get in. And the door for the ensuite was quite awkward and creaky, not the best when you're trying to be quiet and the other is still asleep.

Room was clean n neat. The view was good. Very easy checkin n checkout policy with no human intervention. Comfortable room n near the public transport. I can recommend this place

There is no drinking water in the room as there is no nearby convenience store. The room is on 3rd floor so if u have a lot of luggage u need to climb it till 3rd floorm

great sized room, nice carpet and fairly modern furniture, easy self check in and out, easy to get to the city centre and Asda less than 10 mins walk away, access to the kitchen a big bonus

kitchen could have been equipped better, for example there were no spoons

Fast and great communication from the management,and also i love the willingness to go above and beyond for their guests! Very quiet inside the house can get a great nights sleep on the comfortable beds leading to a great stay

Personally for me there is not much i don’t like about the property

Ideal location for a great price. When I needed to contact the host communication was excellent and speedy responses. The bed was very comfortable and on a par with more expensive hotels.
