The hotel was well located, near to the bus stop to and from Stockport and Manchester and close to restaurants for evening meals and breakfast. The room I had was quite large and was reasonably comfortable with tea making facilities and a good shower. I chose the hotel for its location and price, given the prices in Stockport and Macclesfield, where I usually stay were way too expensive. The staff are very friendly. There was no noise externally or internally. It is a reasonable place to stay for a few nights.

The hotel is rather jaded and the decor is bland. Soap and shampoo were not in recyclable holders. The arrangements for returning to the hotel were not clear. I could not get the key to fit in the external door but someone came quickly to let me in. Although the price was lower than other hotels on a bank holiday, the price was still on the high side for the comfort provided.

My wife and I stayed here for one night during Manchester pride. It was the only place we could afford but we thought ‘hey we’re only sleeping here’. Honestly we were so satisfied and happy with this hotel, the bed was comfy, the customer service was so good, when we arrived back at 2am after spending time at pride we were told to call a number to be let in and the phone was answered straight away and we were let straight in with no issues whatsoever. Upon walking in also the place smelt really nice and was very clean. Great, easy location with cheap taxis to gay village. Will definitely be staying here again!

unfortunately the lift was out of order and the walls are very thing but not too fussed as it was so cheap

Very friendly staff members who helped me (by asking me if i need help) as im visually impaired. Also understanding when i forgot the code for the door :). Their rooms are definitely value for money, it was quiet, comfy and it was comfortable for me too as I'm also chronically ill.

The only think i disliked was the fact the lift was out of order, and i got lost a few times. But other than that, this property and the staff exceeded my expectations.

I would like to thanks responsable of hotel. Sympathy and simple. My room was so nice and clean. I was so happy because i could watch on TV French Chanel. Internet was perfect and was working fast.

It is just little bit far from city but with bus 43, 142 and with just 2 pounds you get there.

The location was exceright by the bus stop. I got breakfast in mac Donald's and the friendship pub is an icon. The staff were great a d the architecture was nice, the staircase and old features were good. The room functioned well

The matress needs a deep protector with lots of stuffing. When sleeping the springs were quite vocal.

The staff were lovely, and the room was good value especially as it was Pride Weekend.

Room had bars on the window so it looked a bit like a prison, but still doesnt detract from the fact we got 2 nights over Pride Weekend for <£150 which was great value.

My room was very clean and all facilities were available. The owner was very polite and helpful. Nearby were all the various shops, so the location for me was spot on. When I return to Manchester, I will definitely book with Hotel 346. Overall a great experience

Value for money hotel with very polite receptionist who explained us everything before we checked in and also suggested a twin room category which I needed as I was travelling with my friend. Mc Donald's, bus stations and Saintsbury are just walking distance from the hotel.

This hotel was spotless and the management team was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade upon check-in. A special thanks to Mr. Shabaz for his warm hospitality, which truly made us feel at home.

I loved the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. They were eager to please. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything you needed. Great value for money.

The only thing that lets the hotel down is the fact that it could do with a makeover.
