The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful location. I was greeted on the doorstep with a very warm welcome by the hostess, and soon found their house to be much like a home from home. Very accommodating and excellent room layouts with all the home comforts you could wish for.

Nothing at all. The hosts are a truly lovely couple, and Caroline really cares that the guests have a completely relaxing and enjoyable stay whilst you are under their roof. This is quite simply the best Bed and Breakfast business in Neath bar none, and her poached eggs are to die for!! Brilliant, genuine and friendly people, almost felt as if I was a family member or that we’d been friends for years, and that was after only one night in their company.

Caroline and Jonathan were so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble during my stay, and plenty of recommendations where to eat nearby for the evening I was there. Room was very comfortable with the bathroom right next door. Loads of teas, coffees and bits and pieces in the room, as well as full access to the kitchen. Breakfast was perfect, home-made granola and freshly baked bread & proper coffee, just what I needed before my trail race in nearby Afan Forest. Can't fault anything, and will definitely stay again if I'm ever back that way, hopefully for a bit longer next time! Thank you for everything, the extra coffee in my flask for my long trip home after the race was a lovely treat.

Stayed overnight as I was visiting family. The B& B felt like a home away from home. Sofa comfy, bed amazingly fresh, clean and had a great nights sleep . .My room had a coffee machine and the coffee was lovely. So cosy. Host was really great too. And very welcoming, Breakfast amazing, and fresh with artisan bread, granola, fresh fruit salad, home made yogurt, milk and orange juice. Very accommodating. Couldn't wish for any thing better.

Some dust but my home is the same, it can not be helped really. So it's understandable but everything else was lovely and clean and fresh. .

The house is a lovely building. Caroline & Jonathan are attentive and excellent hosts. Not only was breakfast included, but I had an evening snack as well! Caroline makes many of the foods herself - inc home made marmalade and bread pudding! There iare a varietty of teas and coffees in your room also. The house is near the centre of Neath: there is some, though limited parking on the street! As far as value for money! Scoting it a 10 is an understatement! A home from home!

Location was ideal for what I required. Welcome was warm. Although not en-suite, bathroom was next door and exclusive use. Bed was really comfy and the room was homely. Tea making facility in the room with biscuits. I had a lovely chat with Jonathan & Caroline and they explained that the word "Selah" means pause and this overnight stay was a welcome "pause" in my life. If I need a single room in the Neath Swansea area again I know where to go and will recommend to my friends.

The room is super comfortable and clean with access to a private bathroom. Caroline and Jonathan are really nice and made my stay at Ty Selah great. I had a problem with an adapter to charge my phone and Caroline was able lend me one first and then order me one on Amazon UK. You have also access to the kitchen and can also chat with them. Caroline also makes amazing home made yogurth and cakes! It felt like being at home with my family. I highly recommend it.

Nothing everything was amazing. It takes a little bit to get hot water when you take a shower but after a couple of minutes shower is really nice and hot.

Jonathan & Caroline were so nice & chatty. A brilliant & welcoming accommodation & the feeling that you were at a home from home & part of a family. Fantastic selection of beverages & a great choice when it came to breakfast. Loved being at a private recital in their music room as well!

Caroline and Jonathan went above and beyond what I would normally expect. They were always friendly and chatty, Caroline's homemade baking and breakfast was delicious and they would always be up and around to serve me breakfast and let me out despite leaving the house early at times. Both Jonathan and Caroline were lovely people to meet and I enjoyed chatting with them. All in all I have rarely enjoyed such hospitality

I felt really relaxed here, absolutely lovely place an hosts were lovely too, it was a real blessing as going somewhere you have never been before to stay is always a bit of a gamble. The room was cosy and comfortable, the atmosphere was warm and friendly and the breakfast home made cereal and home made bread was awesome and so was the company. Thank you so much Caroline and Jonathon. I hope to se eyou again.

I liked it all and I would definitely recommend it to others travelers to stay there for 2 or more nights i would stay there again in the near future. Thanks
