Immaculately kept. Staff polite, helpful and welcoming. The full English breakfast was very good. Would stop off again here but would prefer an en suite room lower down without all the stairs.

I didn't realise the bathroom was, shared. It was, spotless but not ensuite which was a little disappointing. There was a sink in the room. I was given a room up at the very top of the building with lots, of stairs which got narrower the higher you go up. I had a bit of a struggle carrying my bags up. I could have asked for help but as I checked in whilst staff were available, I had to be somewhere so did not go to my room straight away. By the time I arrived back well after 10pm, I didn't want to call staff for help.

I've stayed at the Fairhaven numerous times over the last couple of years. Very straightforward check in, clean and the bedding smelt really fresh. It's currently in the minus degrees, and the building and my rooms were nice and toasty on arrival. Really handy free off road parking. Chinese take away within a short walk and plenty of other restaurants within a 1 mile radius. I most recently stayed in tye uppermost level of the accommodation and had great WiFi connectivity.

I have worked throughout the country for 20 years and stayed at endless hotels/Airbnb etc. I feel you should value the property in comparison to what you pay for each respectively , Fairhaven is good value all around and owing to the warmth and cleanliness, effort clearly goes in to a welcome environment.

Owner was absolutely lovely. Room was very clean, had a table and chairs and a massive bathroom. Room had a double bed and two single beds with a large cot. We got the family room which very much housed the four of us comfortably. Would definitely stay here again. The train station was local, although we didn't use it. Uber was only £11 in to town which was good considering it wasn't around the corner. Fridge, freezer, coffee, tea, kettle and hairdryer provided aswell as towels. Fantastic value for money and the breakfast was 10/10. Freshly cooked, fresh ground coffee and fresh juice. Really lovely owner.

The only two things (and these are really really picking) the fridge in the room was obviously not used as much, so it did smell a little. And we had to park on the street as it was a small car park for the property. There was absolutely nothing wrong in length, such good value for money.

The property is close to Beeston train station for easy access into Nottingham and, in the other direction, to Derby, Leicester and beyond. It is a short walk into the centre of Beeston and access to the tram. The full English breakfast was excellent. I wished to leave my case at the property prior to check in time. This request was accommodated with grace. The rooms and internal environment were very clean.

Very little. Hot water did not flow in the shower on the first morning, although it did through the sink. It seems that answer lies in taking an early shower when there is full occupancy. I did not have any problem on the other mornings.

We had the top floor suite, it had a double and 2 single beds, lovely and spacious with a dining area and a small kitchen, it’s a little dated but comfortable. We had a lovely full breakfast with tea, coffee and fruit juice, there are options to have cereal or toast if preferred. We stayed at the property because it has parking and was only a few minutes to the university where we’re visiting.

There was nothing we didn’t like except maybe the pillows were a bit hard, but for the price, it’s a really good property. It’s not 5 star so don’t expect that.

It is clean, lovely and warm and a very comfortable bed and nice and quiet and very easy walking distance to where my favourite pub is.

There is nothing I didn't like except that I would like to stay in this same room for several months but even though the price is excellent I think I may have to go for somewhere that is cheaper for a monthly rental but just wish I could stay here instead it is just perfect...and I would like the emoji to show a very happy face rather than what the website puts..

The environment of the accommodation is very ambient and homely. The breakfast was really amazing! Very sumptuous and I would always look forward to a morning chit chat with Tad, who is a very friendly and jolly host. The rooms were very clean! Oh! I loved the smell of the bedding! Tad was very caring and attentive to all the guests. I remember, after my first night it was very cold, and when I requested for an extra duvet, he availed it by the second night. So the responsiveness to the guests requests are top notch!

The aspect of replenishing the drinking water in the rooms can definitely be improved. The showers had little water pressure. This can be improved on as well.

Fairhaven was an excellent place to stay for the World Championships this week. A 20 min walk to the University. Beeston train station beside us and the brilliant light rail only a 10 min walk away. Tad was a welcoming and friendly host. We were served up a delicious cooked breakfast all included in the good value rate. He always remembered my preferences even with 20 other guests to feed! There was a friendly international feel to the place and I found the info re restaurants and taxis displayed in the hall really useful. I had to change to a single room at the last minute and Tad really tried to secure an ensuite for me but was unable to, due to the high demand. I found it a safe place to stay on my own and that was so important to me, as my family had booked into accommodation nearby. Will definitely recommend to friends for the future. Thanks Tad!

The venue is located well within reach of the City centre and costs £12 in an UBER. It was clean, functional and there was an excellent welcome by staff. The twin room was clean and tidy albeit a bit dated but that didn't matter. I would certainly recommend a stay for one or two nights. The breakfast the following morning was well catered for and delicious. There is parking on site available but limited. The residential street does offer unrestricted parking

I stayed at the fairhaven hotel on the 28th of October and it was great. The hotel and the room where very clean and tidy,i had an ensuite room,the only thing i would say was the bathroom was very small but it was serviceable.👍 The breakfast in the morning was lovely,full english and freshly cooked.👍 In summary would i recommend this hotel... yes would i stay here again..yes. I would rate my stay as a 9 out of 10 due to the small bathroom but other than that it was good value for money.👍😊
