The overall impression of the apartment was excellent with just a couple of issues which if we're rectified would take it to an extra level . Everything you needed was to hand and the location for us was perfect. Would use the apartment again. 😀

I just had a couple of issues that I felt needed addressing which would benefit all visitors. Firstly at the entrance to the apartment there definitely needs hand rails at either side of the steps leading to the front door as people with mobility issues have nothing to hold on to at all. Secondly the shower needs a non slip mat putting on the floor as the standing area became very slippy. I feel that just addressing the couple of issues mentioned would make an amazing difference taking an excellent apartment to another level,and exceed expectations.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and well located and had pretty much everything I needed for a weekend stay in the city. The apartment is in a quiet area, close to some shops, and I did not have any issues with noise inside or outside of the apartment. Check in was easy and I was provided with all of the information I needed. Photos on booking were a true reflection of the property. I was overall happy with the experience and would recommend if you are looking for this type of thing.

These are small gripes, nothing major. Personally the bed was a bit soft me for. The venetian blinds did not block all the light (which is typical for this kind of blind), but was not a big deal for me and did not affect my sleep. There was no spatula, which made frying eggs a challenge in the morning (I only discovered this on my last morning and was too late to raise as an issue. I'm sure though had I realised this earlier they would have been able to sort this issue out). Likewise, some cooking oil would also have been nice (but I was able to go to a local shop). No biggies, and nothing that particularly affected my stay.

Instructions for our stay entry and exit were clear. Nice room with everything we needed. The room was bright and airy and clean. I chose it because it had all the things I like - fridge microwave etc. home from home. If we had stayed longer I would have used the cooker 😀 There was no noise from other guests and it was very private which I like. Amongst other things we went to a pub called The Bath House with a doctor who theme, owned I believe by Tom Bakers son.

We had a bit of trouble getting in as there were two keypads. The large one did nothing the little more modern one we noticed after and it took a few tries. ( a note on the redundant one would help). The shower was snug but worked fine.

Good location on the right side of town - I felt safe here. True likeness to the photographs. Modern, spacious, clean & quiet - you'll get a good night's sleep. Great value for money and better than other branded options. 10/10. My new go-to choice in Nottingham. Just excellent, thank you.

There is nothing to dislike. Exceptional value for money.

Great location and perfect for all of the local amenities. It had everything you need including very good WiFi, heating and keyless access. I had an issue with the electrics which was sorted by the very helpful staff in less than an hour. Excellent service.

The laundry facilities are in the basement which was very damp and not the sort of place you want to hang around waiting for your washing cycle to finish. The access to the parking needs a few potholes filling in

Really nice property in a great location. Excellent for Nottingham's excellent sporting venues and ideal for exploring the rest of West Bridgford. Well appointed, clean and easy to access. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The only minor niggle is that it has hard floors. The people upstairs sounded like they were continuously rearranging their furniture in tap dancing shoes until after midnight. If you're in the ground floor apartments, I'd recommend ear plugs for this reason. Otherwise the property is very quiet and peaceful.

The studio is located in a quiet residential area and is very convenient for West Bridgford centre (10 minute walk at most) where there are shops, cafes and other facilites, and Nottingham city centre (a short bus ride). The provision of off-street car parking is useful. The studio was clean, well-kitted out and generally met our needs for a one-night stay. The key pad entry system worked well.

The shower enclosure is small which made it difficult for my husband (6 foot, well-built but not overweight) to shower comfortably. An additional small rubbish bin would be useful for the minimal amount of rubbish generated in a one-night stay. The booking process generated a lot of emails and we found it very unusual to be asked to provide a photo of the lead guest before the booking could be completed. I trust the photo will now be shredded.

The location was great! Everything was clean and tidy. We requested and paid for a superior room but not sure that is what we received and paid for looking at the photos. Wasn’t the spacious room we expected. Shower was extremely small for size of bathroom. We didn’t receive any information before or in the room about the location of washing machine, assumed it was in the room when booking. Communication wasn’t received till a day in to our visit. Maybe a clothes airer would be a recommendation as well.

The location and the facilities, especially the kitchen. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood is pleasant with enough convenient stores. The location is also easy to get in and out. Driving to and from the city is easy.

Entrance to the parking could do with a little bit more width. Better lighting for the car park. Got in one dark and rainy night and entrance was a demanding maneuver and I parked at the wrong spot because of poor visibility. The laundry room could do with better signage. Had a tough time locating it. It is also due for some refurbishment as the walls are moldy.

The place was spotless, mattress firm and soft perfect for a larger bodied male with bad back like me, best night sleep IV had in years. Everything I could think of needing was there. Fully secure property, key code entry to building and rooms with CCTV monitoring. Only thing missing was beers in the fridge, but with coop 1 minute walk away, I was able to grab beers and everything to make a meal and home in less than 5 minuites... Would go back !
