Very comfortable, clean room with all you'd want for a good night's sleep. Very friendly. very helpful staff. A good range of beers to sample over the weekend and the in house Mexican food was good value and great tasting. The live music on Saturday night was exceptional for a small town pub. Free parking for guests at the year.
I fully understand that providing a cooked breakfast option for a small number of guests is uneconomic, even if you can get the qualified staff in the first place. I wonder if it would be possible to offer a simple buffet continental breakfast particularly when the weather makes a trip to a local cafe unpleasant?

Booked one night here because a next days meeting. The staff Lewis (Louis) was super friendly, took my suitcase upstair, shared all the info and surrounding. Because they didn't serve the food on Monday and Tuesday night, he even suggested couple options, and pointed the route for me. Room was lovely and clean, everything you needs, will definitely stay again.
I knocked one star off, because my room was next to fire exit stairs, I got woken up couple time in the late night because other people get in and out.

Great location. Good size clean room. Slept well, comfy beds. Staff all pleasant and friendly.
The breakfast was a let down! They had no vegetarian sausages, avacado or black pudding on both the mornings myself and my two sons attended breakfast, despite these items being advertised on the menu. Long wait for breakfasts to arrive and when they did arrive the food was lukewarm and the toast was cold and hard. My scrambled eggs were burnt as there were lots of black patches throughout the egg which tasted burnt so i could not eat them. The waitress was pleasant and friendly, but breakfasts disappointing!

Close to the airport and located in a pleasant town. We were lucky that our last night in the UK coincided with glorious weather and an open mic night in the beer bar at the back of the pub. Great fun. Lovely hosts.
I am beginning to understand that ‘large bed’ means something between a single and a king size, i.e a bit cramped. The bathroom could do with a propper scrub in all the corners and all surfaces. Need a better vacuum clear too. Otherwise the room was pleasant.

The price was very reasonable for the centre of Otley. There was no breakfast available but there were plenty of places in Otley just a short walk away. The rooms are above a pub but were very quiet. Peking was free in the pub car park although it was very small. It was perfect for our needs.
It was a bit weird in that there was no-one around in the morning so we just had to let ourselves out. It wasn't a problem but, if I was staying for a. longer period, I would have preferred knowing how to contact someone in case of an emergency.

Well appointed large, comfortable rooms in the cetre of Otley at a reasonable price. No option for breakfast but there are plenty of places to get breakfast within a 5 minute walk and the room has coffee & tea facilities
The bathroom was large but only had a small shower cubicle in one corner. This is not a complaint as it was perfectly adequate but it felt like a bit of a missed option for a bigger cubicle.

Warm room, comfortable bed, with great quality sheets. Friendly staff, on site parking. Good location and value for money. No noise to keep us awake during the night despite being in the centre of town.
I’ve never been a fan of electric showers, so it’s always a bit of a disappointment but it worked OK. Bathroom was a bit tired overall and could do with a refurb to match the lovely bedroom.

On checking in, all was good and well. All slept fine for a night before our holiday.
In the morning we were locked upstairs, we went into a staff part and rang down on the phone, someone came up to let us out and told us we were to early for breakfast it was 7.30 I thought we had been told 7am but never mind. He then just walked off and disappeared into the kitchen didn't tell us what time breakfast was so we thought we would sit down nd he would come explain... 20 mins and still nothing, tried to go back upstairs but was now locked downstairs. Went into kitchen to get the lad he let us back upstairs and told us breakfast started at 8, came back down at 8 and had breakfast. Just seemed quite understaffed and the ones that were there couldn't be arsed! It's a shame!
