The property was cozy, very tidy, and very well equipped. It had a jacuzzi outside which was the main reason i booked. Jacuzzi was smaller than what would expect however perfect for 2 to share. We truly enjoyed soaking in it! The owners went extra miles in organising some decorations for our anniversary. This was so sweet - thank you. Location is great. It’s quiet and the terrace seems discreet with a lovely view! though you might get some neighbours and owners do pop in too to check on jacuzzi. Overall great stay!

Many extremely lengthy messages about the policies, rules to use jacuzzi and cleaning property. We hadn’t had any issues and owners seemed lovely when meeting them next day when they were inspecting the jacuzzi before us leaving , but made us anxious about using the jacuzzi and then about cleaning the property to ensure all is fine. I do understand the policies rules you impose, and of course you have every right, maybe just have little more relaxed approach to it. So guests can relax too. But overall fantastic stay!! Thank you! And will book again.

Overall our stay was very good, we had a couple of questions when we arrived but the staff were very helpful and this was sorted very quickly

We didn’t like the fact that there was a lot of hidden extras, for example we had to pay £15 for 2 bath robes to use with the hot tub as there was only one set of towels provided, there was also an extra charge for logs for the fire and charcoal for the bbq, the website makes it look as though all these things are included in the price? when you are paying nearly £300 a night it seems a little wrong to then have to pay for basic extras, we could only pay in cash aswell so we had to find a cash machine to withdraw cash which was a little annoying when we were meant to be on holiday

Everything. The views were lovely, such a peaceful place. Hot tub was amazing. Lodge had everything you could ask for to be comfortable. Shower was powerful, we had a good sleep. Going back in November and looking forward to it. Laura greeted us on arrival. She was such a lovely lady, so helpful and friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone that wants to get away for some relaxation and peace and quiet. Lodge done to a very high standard also.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Relaxing in the hot tub with perfect picture scenery and the added bonus of snow! The lodge was so comfortable and clean, checked in on by the host on arrival and had everything we required. We will definitely we returning in the future!

Absolutely nothing could have been done better for our stay.

Genuinely could not fault this place! It’s like a little piece of paradise and, despite having lodges either side of our lodge (we were in lodge 2) it felt like you were a million miles away from everything and everyone. Lodge was comfortable, cozy, romantic and immaculate and had every little home comfort you could need. The views were gorgeous and I can’t rate the hot tub high enough. I felt so relaxed from the minute I checked in and that feeling continued until the minute we checked out. Nikki was great at answering my billion questions in the lead up to our stay and was always polite and accommodating. If we could have stayed forever we would have. Highly recommend!

Kinnaird Woodland lodges was excellent for me and my partner. We came for his birthday and for the cost, it was exceptional. We really enjoyed ourselves and the hot tub was a bonus with it all. We were able to unwind, enjoy time in the hot tub and then sit in front of the fire for the remainder of the night. The information book was really helpful for us and had step for step details on what to do which was really handy. We had a great stay and can’t thank the staff enough! Worth every penny. Thank you for sorting the birthday balloons, banner, cake and wine for us as well. Really much appreciate! Will 100% be back again!

the place was absolutely spotless, lovely remote area, very quiet but not too far from Pitlochry for going out, lovely living/ dining area with all kitchen equipment, iron and board, heaters in case of emergency, nice robes, nice hot tub and patio area

we had an issue with the fan in the bathroom, it wasn't atall their fault but it was extremely noisy so we could use the bathroom light for the night but they were very apologetic. had problems when arriving and couldn't get a hold of someone on the phone but got someone in 15/20 minutes and it was due to bookings.com not sending an email

the property was very cosy and had nice touches to decorate, heated up pretty quick with the central heating also had a wood burner in the sitting area which we didn’t use how ever was a nice touch. the location of the property was good very quiet and peaceful also really easy to find. every area was clean and hot tub was hot and ready to use on arrival. couldn’t fault it and would definitely return. Provided with towels and robes and kitchen had everything you need also.

Location was lovely. Views are amazing and it's relatively private once you're in your lodge. Not too far from the centre if you need to venture out to the shops

Bit sparse on the basics. One small ish bath towel and a hand towel each for 2 nights when there is a hot tub. More towels, few throws or blankets and decent sized robes ( very small) no slippers for decking and no tea bags. Milk was just the mini uht ones from a hotel room. Had I known I would have got real milk. Just a bit basic but all the essentials were covered. Think the 4pm check in and 10am check out wouldn't make a one night stay worthwhile. The chlorine levels in the hot tub seemed very high compared to others but that's was just our opinion.

Can walk into pitlochry town centre, no pavements, so have to be extra vigilant as a lot of verges to stand back on when transport comes past.
