The facilities were excellent, very high quality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was large with two French doors opening onto a patio and garden - with lovely views. En-suite bathroom also had very high quality facilities, absolutely no expense has been spared to kit out the accommodation. Our hostess was charming and the breakfast good. We cannot recommend this B&B too highly.
Cannot think of anything.

We had a wonderful stay here. Marjorie was so welcoming and kind and such a lovely host. She was incredibly kind, and the breakfast she prepared for us in the morning was delicious. The B&B is in a perfect location for walking, cycling and running in the beautiful area. We did a great bike ride right from the front door. The room itself is extremely spacious, clean, very well looked after, and there was a tray with all the options of tea and coffee we could possibly want. Marjorie even made us a cup of tea to welcome us, along with flapjacks, which was such a lovely touch. The bathroom is perfect, very clean, immaculate... and the bed was very comfortable, and I had a very restful night. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants etc around for your evening meal. I would not hesitate to recommend coming to this lovely B&B. Thank you, Marjorie, for such a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful three night break at Old Hop Kiln Barn. We really like the idea of the accommodation being separate to the main house. Our room was very clean, spacious and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. The gardens are beautiful and the view over to the church and fields are lovely. We enjoyed a delicious, varied and well cooked breakfast in the main house, our host Marjorie is delightful and very welcoming and attentive. Marjorie is also very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips for places to visit during our stay, We would love to return soon. Many thanks Marjorie.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Really great place to stay for a wedding in Privet. Marjorie the host was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL and so incredibly kind. She gave us a lift to the wedding. Super comfy bed and delicious and fresh breakfast. Marjorie even called her daughter to give us directions for a hike the next day. Super super clean, amazing shower. Great place! Thank you

Especially sharing our love of dogs She had lots of useful information about the area. The B&B is beautifully equipped and furnished. In a lovely spot and secure parking. Breakfast was fantastic and lots to choose from. Bed very comfortable. We will return some day and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Marjorie for a lovely stay.

Absolutely stunning, so beautiful. The room was so pretty and comfortable. Tea and coffee available in the room and the most delicious breakfast in the morning, fresh fruit and pastries, cereals and then a cooked breakfast. Marjorie was wonderful who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Her little 3 legged dog milo was just the cutest little friendly boy too.
Wished we had stayed longer.

Marjorie was the best host from the communication, the greeting when we arrived to the extra effort she went to for us. The accommodation was so comfortable and peaceful , we slept like logs and had the most amazing breakfast. A big thank you to Marjorie.
I'd have to make something up!

This was the highlight of our trip from an accommodation perspective and clearly the best nights stay. The property is immaculate with guests staying in a separate building from the host. A huge comfy bed and the place was spotless. Excellent facilities within a beautiful setting. A great pub is located less than a mile away. The breakfast was fantastic with a full choice of hot and cold breakfast served at our choice of time. What turned this from a nice experience into a brilliant one was the host Majorie. She is super efficient and organised with great communications throughout from booking to arrival, but she is also a super kind person. Nothing was too much trouble and she ensured we wanted for nothing. A lovely interesting lady, big thanks. Sean and Clio
It was booked the next night!

Excellent. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've slept in. The room was spotless. The location delightful and last but not least, Marjorie was a delightful host ......her 'full English' breakfast was a real treat. Thank you.
There was nothing to we didn't like. It was perfect.

The property is in an idyllic setting and the room was charming, immaculate and extremely comfortable. Marjorie is a very welcoming and gracious host. Nothing was too much trouble, including offering collection from the train station and drop off for an appointment in Petersfield.
