This is a little gem! Zoe, the host is very friendly and accommodating. She makes the best continental breakfast-very fresh and delivered right to your private room at an agreed upon time. Room was large, comfortable, modern and included everything you need. The bathroom has a lovely shower and is modern. The ability to make tea/coffee anytime is so nice.

The only very minor negative for us was the location-it is a bit far from the town centre (about a 20-30 minute walk), but it is a pleasant walk. There is a pub/restaurant only 3-4 minutes away. I wouldn’t let the location stop you from staying here. We will return for sure!

What a smashing find! Had a weekend with family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Zoe is lovely and helpful, breakfast was good too, fresh pots of coffee and tea, fresh fruit and croissants, great start to our day. It's definitely first on the list to book next time we visit!

It's a bit out of town, so getting a taxi can be tricky. Maybe a mini fridge so you can keep some water cold at least, especially in this weather! That is merely a suggestion, not a criticism

Continental breakfast was actually too much so next time we may ask for simple tea and toast instead, but breakfast is 10/10 Our stay was perfect Zoe was great with just the right amount of interaction nice friendly easy going on our first short stay so we will return soon

Not really its compact but has everything one needs the room was nice and cool despite the hot weather but Zoe knows how to get the best out of a room so prepared it perfectly to receive guests comfortably like magic

The B&B is a lovely place to stay. The surroundings are lovely with lots of beautiful trees. The room was excellent - everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The ensuite was particularly nice. The hosts were amazing - very friendly and accomodating. There's also a nice pub just down the road, and you're only a few minutes from the centre of Petersfield itself.

It was fairly easy to find the property, however, it is a row of houses and I wasn't sure whether I was at the right one. It may have been me being dim(!) but a bigger sign might have helped.

We needed to find a room at short notice to help an elderly relative return from hospital. The highlight for us of the accommodation was the incredibly comfortable bed and the amazing shower. The accommodation was also spotlessly clean. In the main the room had everything we needed.

My one gripe was the lack of a bedside table on my side of the bed. It just made things difficult for me and there is certainly space to have one so I don't understand why there wasn't one. I hope you are able to remedy this.

Very cosy room with large double bed, en-suite shower room, underfloor heating. Continental breakfast can be ordered in advance and came with lovely bowl of fresh fruit, choice of decent cereals, yoghurt, croissant, toast, juice and tea and was delicious . Loved the shower room colour scheme. Nice fluffy towels. A short, 15 minute walk into town. Or there’s a choice of about 3 buses with a stop nearby which goes to the town square. Half Moon pub is 5 mins walk. Zoe was very friendly and accommodating . Make sure to ask Zoe to show you how the heating controls work if you are technically non -savvy like me and not used to such warmth (coming from Scotland)!!

There was nothing at all to dislike. For those not used to traffic be aware that there is a main road fairly close so you will start to hear the cars from about 6am. Just remember to close the window vents.

Zoe, was a great host. I booked last minute but she still managed to prepare the room and have it ready at such short notice. The shower was really powerful and they provided shampoo and conditioner, which was needed. A good stop for bike packers, Zoe took care of my bike and stored it safely in her shed and there is a pup 400m down the road which had great food.

Lovely friendly hosts who welcomed us and gave good recommendations for local pubs. Property was spotlessly clean! Continental breakfast was fresh and delicious and delivered to the door!

Enjoyed our stay but property was closer to the main house than we thought but blinds and curtains ensured privacy.

We took both rooms for 1 night as we attended a wedding in the area. Very nice rooms, only slightly larger than the other. The room are in a converted garage/outbuilding. Good levels of cleanliness overall. Spotlessly clean bathrooms which was excellent. Parking right outside which was good. We didn’t take the breakfast option but it was offered. Great communication from the owner who lives on site as we arrived later (8pm) Perfect for what we needed. We were impressed overall. Would definitely stay again if we needed something in he area. Thank you very much.

No real negatives to speak of. If I’m being critical, there’s a possibility of road noise, because it’s next to a road but again I slept well. The conversion of the building has retained the front aspect, so it looks like a garage but from the side view it looks like a couple of small cottages. Whilst this looks quirky on first approach, do not be put off because the interiors are great.

The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. En-suite shower room is nicely decorated with a decent shower. Bed was comfy. Friendly host and excellent continental breakfast many of the big brands couldn’t compare with. She even found me a charging cable to borrow! Location was convenient- just off a main road and near 2 pubs.
