The Airbnb was absolutely superb. Perfect location next to the water looking out at the bay with breathtaking views, and within walking distance of the town. Our host, Sara, was fantastic, exceptionally warm and welcoming with a great sense of humour. She was quick to answer our questions and help us when needed. We'll absolutely stay there again when we're next in Bute.

The only issue we had was trying to close the patio door, but once I message Sara she quickly fixed it.

Great location, quiet and relaxing break, wonderful views. Spacious ground floor self catering apartment on front with a private seating area. everywhere was very well maintained and spotless clean. Ferry, shops and eating places cafes within walking distances. Host Sara lives in next door house, she is helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Breakfast supplies in flat on our arrival. Managed fine without cooker, microwave and toaster etc met our needs.

Great location, only ten minutes from the port with a beautiful view over the harbour. The breakfast provided was varied and fresh. The information provided was brilliant. The host Sara was available for any questions or if you needed any advice and was very friendly and approachable. The room was huge and well thought out, extremely comfortable with high end fittings and fixtures. The shower was phenomenal! Plenty of storage too. Close to Rothesay centre for bus links to explore the island. If you stay in Room 2, as I did you get a private outside area to enjoy as well as a private entrance. Great to enjoy your breakfast or a late afternoon drink (if you feel inclined).

Well provisioned and comfortable apartments, easy walking distance from Rothesay harbour & town centre, with superb views of the harbour. Breakfast facilities are provided in the room, along with fridge, toaster and microwave, and there is a seating/dining area as well as the bedroom, so it really is a home from home. Sara could not have been more welcoming & friendly, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this accommodation

Being south facing, the sun shone directly into the main window; blinds would have been preferable to curtains, however, this was a very minor inconvenience, and in no way was detrimental to our overall experience

The owner is a lovely lady. The location is amazing, with fabulous sea views. Although on one of the islands main roads the traffic noise was minimal. The suite was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful. The bed in the bedroom was really comfortable, and the heating really easily controllable. Very good value for money.

We were in suite 4. The chairs by the window weren't the most comfortable, neither was the sofa bed in the lounge. Bathroom had no heating and was a bit cold.

This was our first time at the Isle of Bute. We loved the comfort of the accommodations, having a separate room and living room was particularly handy for me as I had to do some remote work. The breakfast in the room was a genius idea as you could choose to have breakfast at your own time and in your own pace. Lovely all round

I couldn't get the TV on. I couldn't tell if it was faulty or just a problem with the remote. All together, I didnt really need it or I would have asked the host who made herself available for any issues.

View of the harbour and ferries was appealing. Close, and within walking distance, to the shops. Beautiful scenery. This island is a gem. Lots of not too strenuous walking to be had. Lovely beaches.

Possibly the whole of Rothesay shop frontage would have benefitted from some t.l.c. Some businesses had tried but generally it had a run-down appearance. Reminded us that it would have been the place to be in a by-gone age.

Our suite was spacious, very comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. Breakfast wasn't included but the kitchenette had a kettle, toaster and fridge. Sara had included milk and orange juice, cereal, bread, butter and preserves. there was also tea,coffee and sugar. The suite was in a good location with parking on the road outside.

THE VIEW FROM THE ROOM I WAS IN WHICH WAS ON THE 1ST FLOOR WAS AMAZING, AS WAS ROTHESAY REALLY GREAT 4 DAY BREAK USED LOCAL BUSES EVERY DAY.

THERE WAS NOTHING I DISLIKED.

Great location, minutes from the Ferry terminal. Excellent facilities, including self-catering kitchen. Lovely supplied breakfast food. Comfortable bed. Clean and quiet.
