The Staff were wonderful, from check in, to their willingness to guide me to breakfast, to the speed and friendliness of check out - everything was 10 /10. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. Well thought out amenities, signs and information. The breakfast was the best I have had in a very long time - I would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

The remote parking location isn't ideal but the hotel is in Tunbridge Wells on an established street which is otherwise residential so compromises have to be made somewhere. Although parking is at a cost (£12.00 per night) The Hotel staff provided me with a reserved parking space as requested and gave me clear instructions on the location and procedure to follow to park safely.

Room was pleasant, very modern decor and no resemblance to external design of building. Very good location near the Pantiles and station. Good breakfast room service, good choices, not too expensive and delivered bang on time.

Finding the hotel can be a bit confusing approached from the High Street - we went into the separate function building looking for the reception - the two buildings face each other over a back street. The bath/shower was a bit of a challenge. very wide rim round the bath makes it tricky for those with mobility issues, too many controls for the showers, and overhead shower threatened to spray onto the floor. Not the best design, although looks impressive.

Disappointed by the bar, we visited about 10.30pm on a Saturday night and found that we couldn't order cocktails as the night porter was working the bar and wasn't confident to mix cocktails. He tried his best to make a g&t and a liquor on rocks instead but was called away half way through leaving us waiting at the bar (none of this is his fault). Hotel should have enough trained staff to manage a bar (that was advertised as open) and run the front desk on a Saturday night. Otherwise was a very nice stay in a nice hotel.

Modern and clean, provided what I needed for a one night stay for a wedding I was attending not too far away. Would return to explore more of the area as it looked lovely.

For the price some extra touches would have been expected, room slippers a few more toiletries, shower cap etc. The room breakfast option was a lovely touch but missed the information in the room extra info at check in could have helped especially with the brasserie not being open for lunch on the day we checked out with a late check out. Minor issues but would have made a great stay even better.

Absolutely everything! We chose this hotel for our mini-moon after our wedding and I noted I was pregnant and the staff went above and beyond for us to have the best stay. We couldn’t have dreamt of a better place to celebrate. From before we arrived until we left, everyone was so attentive and lovely. We even got upgraded, as a cherry on top of the cake. The room was so comfortable, we slept like babies! And the food excellent, the croissants were so delicious I went for more (and I’m French, which means I know a good croissant!). Thank you so much again to everyone and we can’t wait to come back soon!

The check in was quick and efficient. The beds were comfortable and the tea facilities were top notch. I also appreciated that the reception called to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay.

Although it wasn't a big sticking point for me, there was quite a lot of dust on some shelves near the bed. Also, the position of the overhead shower sent water everywhere. I think this place is great for a night or two, but not for a longer stay. The biggest issue for me is the amount of Spam that I started receiving after attempting to book a room directly with the hotel.

A very luxurious hotel in the middle of Royal Tunbridge Wells, what's more to wish? Car could be parked at an off-road parking at 2 minute walk. It was literally one minute walk to be in the cosy shop area, but still it was perfectly quiet in our room. The airconditioning was lovely, because it was rather sticky warm when we were there. The staff were very friendly. The price for the hotel room was the cheapest we had during our 14-day vacation, but it was the most luxurious of them all!

We did not take breakfast, we just went around the corner to get something at a local bakery, so no idea what it cost, but probably expensive, since it's a 4 star hotel :-) If there is something, I would say that the hotel is huge, and you feel a bit like a number. Nonetheless, the staff were very, very friendly!

staff were super friendly and helpful. the massive scent diffuser in reception was awesome! room was spacious. milk and water in fridge and all the hot drink options was very much appreciated. bed was very very comfortable. toiletries were really lovely. shower was amazing, I particularly liked the hand held head, it was powerful and I've never seen that kind of jet before.

the room was very hot, I should have asked for a fan. the view out of the window was unfortunately of a brick wall, very uninspiring!

Welcoming staff and well appointed common areas. Bar open even though we arrived very late so we could get a nightcap. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was excellent with loads of hot water for a relaxing bath. Breakfast was superb. If you stay, make sure you add breakfast. Arrived too late to try the brasserie unfortunately but we will stay again and give it a go. The absolute stand out item.. biscuits on the tea tray in the room. Something corporate owned hotels have decided to cut back on to save money but it makes the experience so much better munching on a ginger and chocolate cookie with your tea.

Our room overlooked a rear alley and the bins were emptied (or filled?) before 8am. Lots of noisy bottles going in or out.
