I must start by saying, that this Farm lodge is an absolute must if you’re looking for somewhere to stay. I can’t recommend and praise this place, and staff, enough. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I was treated superbly. I booked in for a massage, and wrongly I judged on how cheap it was for a full body. It was possibly one of the best I’ve had to date. Everyone went out of their way you cater to everything I needed, and we’re all so friendly. If I’m this way again, I will, without a doubt, book this little gem again. Keep doing what you’re doing everyone. It’s perfect 😊

Good location, easy to find as just off the main road. Lovely looking building and great views from some of the rooms over fields. Friendly staff. Comfy bed and nice spacious rooms with everything you need. Looks like some of it has recently been refurbished so nice and fresh.

No air conditioning in the rooms. Swimming pool has to be booked in advanced, you cannot just go for a swim when you choose. Although the location main road makes it easy to find, family members reported they were woken up by the road early in the morning. No curtains in the room, only venetian blinds, which did not do much to block out the early morning light.

Ordered an evening meal from the bar when we received this meal it was not hot it was Luke, warm.and expensive for what it was and looked like a microwave meal. I did mention this to the staff. Also, a few cobwebs around the bedroom . The shower room was a bit on the small side. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and airy with all the facilities needed. The full English breakfast in the morning was just what we needed, there was also an option of just cereal. We were there for a family wedding and reception staff were more happy to arrange a taxi to and from the venue for us. The decor of the hotel is very modern in a beautiful old style farmhouse and farm land.

The breakfast room was very warm but I don’t think that could be helped as the room is next to the swimming pool.

Room was very large light and airy plenty of storage if you were staying for a week or two, bathroom was lovely plenty of hot water the shower was really nice, plus you are able to adjusted the temperature in the room to your own liking.

We were warned before hand that if we did not order the breakfast we wanted the night before there would be a waite of approx. 30 mins as all the food is cooked fresh, not a problem as it gives you time to find where things are in the dining room settle in and have the fist cup of coffee or tea, but there was rumblings from other guests that they had been sat there for 45 to 50 mins. I did not look what time we went in but it did seem a long waite. When the breakfast came it was very nice apart from the eggs they were well overdone & the mushrooms were cold.

A very relaxing stay. It may not suit everyone but the food took a time to come, the reason for this being the excellent food was fresh and cooked from scratch. We had an evening meal and breakfast which could not be faulted. I believe they make special arrangements for business stayers. All the staff we came in to contact with were absolutely fabulous and nothing was too much trouble.

Warning, rooms above swimming pool can become quite hot, so if staying for a time suggest you open the windows wide. Some of the sloping ceilings could be awkward for taller travellers. May need to check meal times if you are going to be late, but plenty of eateries nearby from Fast food to traditional pubs.

The hotel, grounds and pool are so pretty and well looked after. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, bringing anything you need to your room & answering any questions you have. Rooms were cozy and had more than enough amenities.

I asked for a quiet room but heard the reception or bar / restaurant phone (I assume it was that) every time it rang. As it’s an old building the floors creaked and you could hear people next door and in the corridor. Also, the beds don’t have head-boards, the pillows are against the wall. Also, the Hot Tub was out of order.

The location on the east side of town was perfect for us, because we didn't need to go into Spalding for anything, but it might not suit everyone - it's on the main road, off a busy roundabout, with no nearby restaurants or pubs

Can't fault it. But note that you do need to book a slot for the pool to be sure of swimming exactly when you want to. It was no problem for us - we just turned up and it happened to be free.

Room and bathroom size was very spacious. Well worth the value of the price and there's a McDonald's for a cheeky midnight snack.

The radiators felt warm upon returning on a warm summer night- may have been due to user-error for not checking the thermostat. Roads were very loud if you wanted to sleep with the windows open.

We were only there for about 16 hours, but the service was great and breakfast was served at the exact minute we'd requested! Room was HUGE with all the facilities you'd need and expect, as well as a separate office area which would be great if you had work to do. My 6 year old son said it was the best night's sleep he'd had, so you can't ask for more than that!
