Size of the Apartment was perfect for a family and good space. Host is very helpful and when we asked for extension, they accommodated in the same premises, just next apartment, which is much better and clean. Bus and train station is very near and walkable.

Location around is not safe especially in the night, it's dangerous to go outside in night lot of rowdy crowd in night. Dishwasher is old and inside was not clean, so we need to rinse twice and yet dishwasher is not very effective. Front yard is not clean at all, when you enter first time, it looks bad and gives very bad impression about the apartment. My daughter was shocked when we open the front door, after entering the apartment, she was fine. Some cleaning and keeping front space tidy goes long way.

This is a lovely property, clean, tidy well kept and well equipped. If you strike lucky, there will also be free parking for your car too. The location is very nice and I enjoyed the fact that I could cook and prepare my own meals.

The property is well specced but it feels like nobody actually expects you to want to use anything. There was a massive screen on the wall, but it wasn't actually set up and connected to any service. It wasn't even connected to the WiFi. The cooker looked very new, but there were no instructions anywhere on how to use it. Once I did get it working the smoke alarm went off because there was no way of opening a window and no extractor fans. It just felt a bit all form and no function.

The 2 badroom apartment was lovely. Everything we needed was available. Very spacious. Location was exceptional, right in the centre of Boston with a beautiful view of The Stump from the windows, literally, steps away. FYI: It was on the top floor, so only able bodied guests. phone contact with management company for keys and password was seamless. Would definitely stay again

The only down side was the outside entrance way needed a good sweep and the inside corridor but I wasn't sleeping there so not a huge problem, would have been the icing on the cake though

The apartment was very central, very near to the town centre and overlooking the St Botolph church (The 'Stump' as locals call it). Instructions to enter were clear, the apartment was very large and the bed was excellent. It was also clean and well presented.

Because of the location, we did unfortunately suffer somewhat on the Saturday night with noise from the town centre in the early hours of the morning, with late night revellers. Not really a great deal that the apartment owners can do about that though.

A very spacious, light, airy apartment. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the view was excellent. The weather was hot but we were able to open all the windows producing a refreshing breeze.

There were no faults in the apartment. When we left a black bin bag had been wrapped open by gulls scattering litter.

Lack of hot water from bathroom once 2 guests had used shower no hot water coming out of either shower or taps in the bathroom sink, also could do with more pillows on the double bed as one isn't sufficient.

It was value for money. The apartment was clean. Everything that we needed was there.

There was nothing we didn't like. If we had to give any less positive feedback it would be that perhaps the living area could do with a freshen up coat of paint

We have stayed in these apartments before and they have everything that you could need, they were clean and tidy and beds are comfortable, easy access to Boston town centre and overlooking the Boston Stump, very quiet considering its location also,

When we arrived the apartment we had booked had not been cleaned, but the staff were very quick to get this sorted and gave us an alternative apartment to use.

Stayed here a few times now, and everything is always great. Location in the centre of Boston, everything local and near. Apartments always lovely and clean and comfortable, good place to stay.
