Absolutely brilliant - loved everything! The room was very clean and had everything I needed, hosts very friendly and breakfast delicious and freshly cooked each morning. Any time between 7:00 and 10:00. There was even a small fridge and microwave for guests to share - so incredibly convenient. There was private parking next to the house. Would 100% recommend - great value for money and exceeded my expectations!

A great host, a comfortable room. The breakfast was very good and I was asked before how I wanted this. TV had many options, so there was a good choice. Parking was close to the house. This was a real British B&B as I remembered. It was a nice and quiet place, with good excess to shops as well.

Only minor things, the water did not tasted very good which was a pity. There stayed some water in the shower, not sure why (that is why the bathroom did not have full smily face). Location was good for town, easy to find and with parking. I prefer more country side myself, but this was not offered in the description so not so much a disappointment as a wish for me.

The location was exactly where we wanted it. There was parking right outside our house. Our hosts Anne and Col were friendly and were there to greet us and explain how everything worked. My husband said the fried egg was the best he had ever had. He then had to go back and apologise in case Col thought there was anything wrong with the rest of the breakfast. It was all excellent and freshly cooked.

Thoughtful hosts. Nice welcome on arrival. Responsive to our assorted queries in advance of our visit. Excellent cooked breakfast. Clean well-equipped rooms. Comfortable beds with high-quality bedding. Good Wi-Fi.

We did exchange several Booking.com messages some weeks ahead of our visit and if our hosts had referred back to these, both shortly before and during our stay, a couple of minor misunderstandings might have been avoided.

Colin and Anne were both really lovely and welcoming. I instantly felt comfortable. Breakfast was excellent!!! The bacon and Sausage were great quality. Or over-salty cheap stuff. Nice thick cut bacon. Lovely. The room was comfortable and very clean. Nice shower, nice and powerful. Off-road parking. Yeah, I would definitely stay again!!

There was nothing to not like, honestly.

The full English breakfast was cooked well and was presented very professionally. The facilities were very good, including a well appointed en suite.

The property is grade 2 listed and the bedroom windows could not be opened because they need renewing. However, the en suite windows were able to be opened giving welcome fresh air at night.

Gem of a place to stay - lovely room and supremely comfortable bed and bedding, beautiful en suite and outstanding breakfast. The owners were away and their daughter was looking after things, but you wouldn't know she didn't run the place, she was very friendly and welcoming and gave an excellent recommendation for dinner. I loved the room, the decoration was homely but uncluttered, and it looked new. the weather was freezing but the place was warm, and there was a handy utility room with microwave, iron and other facilities. I would definitely stay again.

Anne and Col were VERY welcoming. We felt at home from the minute we arrived. Lovely couple, friendly, accommodating and excellent hosts for our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Our en suite bathroom and bedroom was very clean. Bedroom was very comfortable and clean, lovely decor, comfy bed and bedding. Great facilities including tea/coffee making facilities in our room, hairdryer, guest fridge and toaster in separate kitchenette. Breakfast was cooked to order, cooked fresh by Col. Food was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and not greasy at all.Anne and Col were very friendly during breakfast and this made our stay all the better. I would definitely recommend staying here! Mr & Mrs Dunton.

We had a lovely big room with a comfortable bed, the room was clean and quiet, the host Anne was very friendly and welcoming, they were flexible on arrival and breakfast times. Great full English breakfast in the morning. Great B&B for Access to the A419 would stay again.

The only negative is the windows in the listed building are due to be updated and some of them don't open. Fans were provided and the bathroom window did open so we were fine.

The proprietors Colin and Ann were wonderful - cooking a great breakfast and driving us to the train station. The B&B is very well decorated and had very thing that we needed. We stayed in Swindon as it was the prefect jumping off place for visiting the Cotswolds, Stonehenge and Bath

With the exception of our breakfasts at the B&B, food in Swindon was not great
