My stay was truly pleasant. Kind staff members, the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel in England. The hotel is clean and warm. I loved the atmosphere. Good coffee and food. I enjoyed every single thing and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Would definitely stay again.

The price of coffee seemed ridiculously high. I think I paid 7,50£ for a coffee and I don't think it should be more than 5£. I don't think that I would buy it in the hotel if I stay again. I would choose to walk to the nearest coffee shop. Coffee was one of the best I have had, but 7,50£ seems way too much.

I recently stayed at Leonardo Hotel Swindon with my family and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming, the location was convenient, and the facilities were generally well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for us.

However, one issue dampened our otherwise positive experience—the air conditioning was not working in our room. While the hotel did provide a heater as an alternative, I was informed that the air conditioning would be repaired after I raised a complaint. Unfortunately, no one followed up or resolved the issue during our stay, which was disappointing and a missed opportunity for better customer service.

Easy to find, large car park. Could do with an entrance from car park rather than having to walk around to front of the hotel. Check in was simple and our room was available early. Fifth floor room but facing the road so some noise especially when window open.(Ac unit didn't work) Room was very clean and beds extremely comfortable, however the room did get quite warm in the night. Breakfast was a good buffet, but not sure what the potatoes were a good idea, they were supposed to be roast, but more like new potatoes with skins on. Check out also simple Online option Some of the waiting staff were not welcoming when asking for assistance

This was a return stay for my wife & I from January, We love the fact they have some great staff here at Leonardo Swindon, again our visit was for 2 night stay for us to use as a stopping point for a concert at The Wyvern Theatre, the rooms are of great size & immaculately clean & the beds extremely comfortable, everything you need is within easy walking distance & on the flat inc. the outlet centre. Evening meals here are tasty & great value & the complimentary drinks for my Birthday on our 1st night was a fantastic gesture, thank you again to all.

There’s not much to not like really, but a suggestion if I may, Drambuie & Cream, many times I’ve either stayed or had business meals at Jury’s Inn to which I believe this was once one, being Scottish, I love to finish a meal with a Drambuie Coffee, please consider bringing this back or introducing it here, I was somewhat taken back that you couldn’t do it or an Irish Coffee so had Cointreau Coffee instead but minus the cream as it was something you don’t do !

Excellent hotel, lovely room very smart very clean very comfy. Who stay again and upgrade to executive to get the late check out. Window view of Swindon bus station redevelopment kinda interesting cos I used to live in Swindon but not very pretty. Can't fault the hotel or staff room was a 9/10

Horrendous noise coming from nearby room at 8am with two kids literally screaming at each other for an hour. Parents must have been out of the room - kindly remind parents to control their children!!! Not a great view looking at scrub land and building site, traffic noise louder than I thought it would be in early morning.

The car park is adjacent to the hotel with plenty of spaces, as a Blue Badge holder we found the disabled parking spaces were larger than regular spaces and were free to hotel guests. The reception area was very welcoming and clean, we were checked in by Jamie who was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area (we were seeing a show at the Wyvern Theatre later that evening which we were given directions to and informed it was only a 10 minute walk), Jamie is a real credit to the front office team and the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean in all areas, the bar staff are also very welcoming. Our room was very clean, the bed linen was crisp and fresh and the pillows were plump and comfortable and not the usual pancake you so often get at other hotel brands. I must congratulate the housekeeping team for high standards as our room was faultless (even then bedsheet had “hospital corners” and wasn’t thrown together like other hotels do). We found a small complimentary box of sweets and a voucher for a coffee to be used at the bar in our room which was a nice touch. Due to a medical condition, my wife feels the cold and a quick enquiry to reception (again Jamie) and a portable radiator was delivered to our room within 5 minutes. I can honestly say the value for money is exceptional and we will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

I cannot think of any negative comments regarding our stay.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice (and it was at a special offer price, lower than the one advertised on line, so that was even nicer!)

It was difficult to get to the hotel because of extensive roadworks. (Not the hotel's fault and hopefully temporary!) It was also very dark inside the hotel. When I woke up at 7.30am it was like the middle of the night or the end of the world. I eventually worked out that the windows were tinted. No idea why, I found it really odd and slightly unpleasant.

We were given a very warm welcome at check-in and the Receptionist actually remembered me requesting a walk-in shower if possible when I made the reservation. The Room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed and bedding were superb. We had dinner in the Hotel that evening which was beautifully presented and enjoyable. Breakfast was superb with a very large selection to choose from- hot and cold. In all we had a very enjoyable stay and will be returning again very soon. Car Parking is a great bonus and much appreciated.

There was nothing to dislike

Cheap. £52 for two for a double room. Fri night mid Nov. Plus parking and breakfast. Staff were helpful, friendly, ⁷and professional. The meal in the bar was OK. Saved me having to do any research for somewhere to eat. My rating is based on price. We stayed here in May, and I would use it again. If I had wanted to pay more for a better hotel, I would have booked something else. If I had paid more, the rating would have been lower. A real armchair in the room. A shower cubicle instead of a bath.

The base of the shower screen was grubby/uncleanable and looked awful. We arrived at 1800 and the room was cold. The duvet was too thick, and I was hot once in bed. It's not unusual in hotels for duvet to be too thick for me, though. Only four little pots of milk with the tea and coffee, which was only enough for two cups. I went downstairs and was given extra from the bar. But for the price, I don't think any of that was an issue.
