We loved the size of the house. The bedrooms, kitchen, lounge area and especially the shower. Just a few details below that could do with improving My sister left her purse behind and they were great in finding it and sending it back to us.

A Knob missing off oven, chipped counter in kitchen. Marks on walls and walls filled with polyfilla. This might be because of pet friendly status.

I was travelling with my 75yo mother and my energetic little dog - it's not always easy to find somewhere that suits everyone! This place was perfect with very spacious kitchen and living areas plus two comfy bedrooms. The host was very helpful and kind when I had to message about something. I only wish we'd had longer as we arrived late and had to leave early for the ferry. Would definitely stay again if in Thurso.

I can't really think of any downsides.

The property was perfect for what we required with facilities we weren’t expecting such as a washing machine & dishwasher. The enclosed garden was an added bonus so we could let the dogs out before bedtime

We requested an early check in on the day of arrival but we weren’t notified this had been granted until 1 hour before we were checking out! This resulted in us wandering around for 4 hours waiting for the 3pm check in

Once we were able to get in the apartment was exceptional. Big rooms, amenities were great, clean, tidy. No issues at all with the apartment

Struggled to find the apartment and had issues getting in. Once resolved no issues at all.

A few points, the outside by the door was overgrown and littered with takeaway trays. A little thought could solve the next few pints. Salt and pepper etc could be available in the cupboard as could soap in the bathroom. One of the dining room chairs was missing 3vscrews, very dangerous. I repaired chair. We had to purchase a can opener as the one in the drawer was useless. Sorting out these little issues will make a big difference

Large clean living spaces and bedrooms. Excellent location, could walk to everything in the main part of town.

Would have liked better clothes drying facilities.

The flat is very central, with a free parking lot in the internal court. It's very close 2 pubs open till late and a big supermarket. Also very convenient to reach Scrabster if taking the ferry to reach Orkney islands. Comfortable beds.

There is no AC and at night the flat can be very hot. Instructions could have been a bit clearer, but guys at the nearest pub were kind enough to show us how to find it.

Very spacious, clean. Comfy beds, nice lounge, good kitchen.

Tricky to find. Make sure that your satnav accepts Meadow Court, not Meadow Lane. No tea towel.

Location - close to main driving routes, supermarkets and restaurants. Quiet location; spacious property.

Nothing to improve.

We realized that Thurso is a great location for trips to the north and that's why we extended our stay twice here. It is a very spacious apartment with the main amenities you may need. Friendly and helpful owner, too. Really enjoyed our 3-days here. Thank you.
