From start to finish a delightful stay. Communication from host was very good. It was easy to find, car parking off road. Quiet location, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very well appointed and the small fridge with bottled water and fresh milk a very welcome touch. A private lounge was also available to use if needed. Breakfast very good indeed, with all that any visitor could want. Peter was a delightful host and I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B.

Property perfectly situated for Uttoxeter and in particular the racetrack and railway station. Host was exceptional. Kept in contact with us prior to arrival to ensure everything was ready for us. Met us on arrival and explained everything. Never saw him again until he welcomed us to breakfast the next day. Breakfast was superb. Full English with cereal and fresh fruit if required. The room was very comfortable with quality products.

Peter was an excellent host, made room on the drive for us to park up on. The bedroom was beautifully clean as well as the ensuite bathroom. We had our own living room as well. Breakfast was cooked perfectly and there were good selections of hot and cold food. Great location to be able to walk into town and not that long of a drive to Alton Towers. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend

Peter is a nice friendly host, room is well equipped, large smart TV with sky and Netflix, small fridge with fresh milk and bottles of water,tea and coffee,comfy bed, nice size ensuite bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries, great cooked breakfast aswell with cereal, fresh fruit and yoghurt.

Lovely, cozy, private room with en suite. Really clean and tidy, with everything you need, including a mini fridge stocked with bottled water and milk. Delicious full English breakfast served. Right in the heart of Uttoxeter, easy walk to shops, and short drive to Alton Towers. Very nice and friendly hosts!

We cannot fault Fairfield Road and our hosts Peter and Alison. It was comfortable, clean, convenient for Uttoxeter centre with all its restaurant and pubs, and our hosts could not be friendlier or do more for us. We will definitely try to stay here if visiting Uttoxeter again.

Located 10/15 minutes away from Alton Towers....Fantastic welcome from the owner Peter,arrived a little earlier than the time we said,but not a problem... room was lovely and clean and a large ensuite... had the option to use the lounge if wanted to,we didn't, but a lovely lounge if wanted to.... High street just around the corner where theys pubs,restaurants to eat and drink.We asked Peter for recommendations where to visi the morning we checked out, he suggested Buxton which is about 50 mins away, so we visited and was a very nice place, we even stayed there for the night and came home today, so thankyou Peter for the recommendation... Breakfast at Fairfield was excellent... would definitely stay again if visiting the erea again value for money... Thank you, Peter.

Everything was fine. This is the second time that we have stayed here. Excellent value for money. Superb breakfast included, which included a vegetarian option. Spotless room. Will happily stay again when in the area. Thanks.

Seriously I cannot think of any negatives.

The house is lovely and Peter and Ali are amazing hosts. They are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. You actually don’t want for anything as everything in the room including tea and coffee, water, biscuits and a fridge. Bathroom beautifully kitted out and lots of toiletries. Breakfast was fantastic and again everything you could possibly want. Definitely will stay again as location right near centre of Uttoxeter.

24 Fairfield Road is an amazing place to stay. It is very homely and the proprietors make you feel very welcome. They are proud of their 9.9 rating and do all they can to ensure they maintain their high standards. I can not recommend this property enough. I will certainly stay again the next time I am in the area.
