The room was spacious for a family of 3. Room was a little outdated, but clean. The room damped a lot of the outside noise. Loved the pool and lazy river. Staff was mostly friendly. Most guest were pleasantly and felt family friends. Would stay again in the future love the separation from the living area to the bed room. Also tv in the bed room and living room.

Some guest was "herbal smokers" but I will not hold that against the hotel for we all know people can be careless of others. Really not being a strictly hilton users it wasn't too bad. Just needs updating and for all the construction to be finished.

We loved everything! We stayed in September and it was perfect. The staff was wonderful. The Pools were amazing. If we needed something the staff made it happen. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back. Loved every minute.

There is an extra $100.00/night deposit charged on top of your nightly rate. This can catch you off guard financially if you aren’t prepared to pay. Ours was an extra $800. Also, the resort fee was included in our original payment, but they couldn’t see it right away, so we almost got charged double for that. The only two things to be prepared for. 1. Know what you already paid for 2. Have an extra $100.00/night prepared.

We enjoyed the room size and the beds were comfortable. Great towels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Historical vibe.

I disliked that we stayed there while going under renovations. They need more customer service rides, as the River Waterpark and the Spa are far to walk. I also didn't like that there weren't more restaurants available in the area. We had to drive out. Food at the Hole in the Wall Restaurant was pricey and the drinks at the bar were as well. River Park water was hot.

The location is very nice. And the resort is a Nice size. The pools are fantastic. The room is basic and not worth that money. Also the Furniture and files on the floor and the carpet is all old. And doesnot fit Hilton hotels. The breakfast is fantastic and the stuff is great from the hotel and from the breakfast. The hotel is overpriced but I booked it for the Pools. My kids loved it.

Price Old furniture ,carpet, tiles in room The room itself isnot worth the amount of money you spend per night

Good size room and resort fee seemed worth it with access to mini golf and the water park. Bed was comfortable and A/C in the room ice cold.

The water in the lazy river was pretty warm, could be dropped a few degrees. Rooms are starting to show their age. Would have been nice to know beforehand there was construction going on in the resort.

Our family had a great time! Having multiple pools available was a blast and exactly what we were looking for during our trip. The water park and mini golf were very fun! We were able to order a microwave to our room which helped with clearing out leftover food. The grounds are clean and very well cared for. All staff members that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

The water slide was only open 1 out of 3 days that we went to the water park which was a bummer.

We stayed here for the water park. It didn't disappoint. It was fabulous! It closed early one day because they weren't busy enough and not enough staff. So, we were bummed we missed out a bit. We loved the on-site restaurants, spa and numerous walks. You don't need to leave the property if you don't want to. It's all here

It could have been explained a bit better with the “resort” fees. And, if you have “breakfast included” with your stay, just keep inquiring why your room is charged. Everything adds up

Although it is an older property my grand kids enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and water slide.

Initially the tv in the bedroom didn’t work at all and the tv in the living room was limited in what we could watch. After a day at the pool my grand kids needed something to help unwind. Luckily someone from corporate was able to get the tv in the bedroom replaced because the only other option was to pack up and move to another room.

Walking distance to a Mexican restaurant, the water park is a grand slam! The restaurant hotel was good with strong drinks! the on-site gym was super nice but it’s much better to take a nice walk around the resort for some exercise! it’s huge!

unfortunately, there were roaches in my room.. alive and dead.

It was beautiful! Loved the 18 hole mini golf next to the water area. My 11 year old boy went down the water slide about 100 times! All 3 of my boys loved the pools and the waterfall feature. Also, the music they had playing over their speakers was absolutely fantastic. Not too loud and great song choices!😊

The lazy River had no current (perhaps it was turned off for some reason)and was not heated when we were there in April.
