The breakfast was great, the restaurant was great. Exceptional service and clean up at breakfast by a young man. Our dinner server was very good. I liked the pool, hot tub, the places to sit outside and the fire pit. I really appreciated the guest laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Maybe a few more “lighter” meals at dinner.

Everything was perfect, very clean and new. The best part was a breakfast, it was delicious. The pool and hot tube 😍. We enjoyed!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. They have amenities that show they really want to make sure guests have a genuinely nice and comfortable stay . The decor is beautiful . It's a beautiful spot . Everyone there was exceptionally helpful and kind. There was one lady who was changing out trash bags in the laundry area that didn't respond when I said hello. Instead, she slammed the trash can down like we were bothering her and then seemed to give me a dirty look. Then the same thing happened a few minutes later down the hallway. "Won't let One Bad Apple spoil the whole bunch." Maybe she does not like people, or maybe she was having a bad day. Who knows. Anyways, other than that one person, everything was absolutely wonderful. Next time we go to Williams, we plan on staying here again.

The location was beautiful. It felt like it was a perfectly placed location. Lots of things to de nearby as well. Surrounded by trees so you still got to enjoy the scenery! Breakfast was delicious. The indoor decor was a little old & rustic in some aspects but it fit the theme of the hotel and was mixed with some newer stuff as well. Overall it was clean , staff was friendly, the outdoor area near the pool was pretty and a perfect seating area to enjoy a cup of coffee outside enjoying the fresh air/view. The omelette was really good compared to the typical complementary breakfast you receive at other places. Already planning on bringing my family back when we travel to AZ.

The staff was so accommodating ! We got there early in the am and wanted to leave one of our cars there before check in and all ride together to visit the Grand Canyon. They let us do that. Restaurant and bar staff was fantastic!!! Food was fabulous!! Thank you! I booked another reservation for another family member arriving next week. We will be back! Thank you so much!!! Loved the decor, katsina figurines/dolls. Too cold to use any of the outdoor pool or jacuzzi facilities but maybe try in the spring. I love Williams!!!

Everything was clean but had to open window to air out while we ate dinner, because the pinesol or cleaner odor was very strong. Other than that no complaints.

I loved the outside spa, pool and lounge areas. Our room was right by the door for the spa. We parked our car at the secondary door. Location of the room was great! I put pictures of the hotel on FB and recommended the Inn if staying in Williams. I had the green chili soup and that was delicious.

The breakfast could have been better. My husband had the steak and it could have been better.

We have stayed here many times with our dogs. And have ate at the restaurant inside the hotel. It’s always been such a great place to stay.

The second night we took our dogs to the restaurant inside the hotel and the hostess greeted us rudely. Once we started eating she came over to our table and let us know we weren’t allowed to feed our dogs at the table. This comment came out of no where because no one in our group were feeding the dogs. The table next to us however had a small dog ON TOP OF THE TABLE but nothing was said to them.. our group did not want to eat there again for the remainder of our stay.

Breakfast was good but the Steakhouse dinner in the evening was Excellent. The room with the views was good but we liked sitting out by the pool and listening to the wind in the trees.

We didn't find anything wrong with our stay. We highly recommend and will be staying here again on our next visit.

Big room, comfy bed, parking by the hotel, easy access from Grand Canyon (but quite far away).

Nothing great to see nearby apart from old route 66. Breakfast by international standards was bad. No fruits, no veggies, just basic sausage and pancakes. Definitely didn't meet my expectations. Coffee was available at the reception but it was either very sweet or inedible.

Location and restaurant inside the hotel. We stay here every year on our way to Vegas. We have stayed other places in Williams. This place has always been the best.

The restaurant was nice. But the service was SUPER slow for the little amount of people in there. Took 30-45 min for my steak is what they told me. But it was good. And we didn't have any real place to be. So it wasn't that bad.
