We loved the free breakfast, especially since we were making our own lunches and dinner daily in our suite. We loved that laundry services were free (just need to bring our own detergent next time!) Glad you had it on hand along with laundry baskets! Staff was sooo friendly every single time we walked by any of them. Check in was smooth. We loved being so close to Lego Land. It made coming and going so fast and easy! We will for sure use the hotel again when we are in the area!!!

Trying to book through the site was insane and double the price. Finding the hotel on a hotel app and booking was much smoother and way cheaper! The elevator broke the morning we were leaving. We were on the 3rd floor and had to carry down all of our belongings to leave! It was horrible!!!!!!!’ There was no one to help me with this and I had a 2 and 4 year old, along with my niece who had a hurt arm and couldn’t carry anything heavy! The up and down stairs to leave after sitting and waiting an hour was frustrating to say the least. But I did it!

If your looking for hotel I highly recommend this hotel because is clean,friendly staff ,make you comfortable to stay in this lovely room.its like your home You can cook your favorite dish ,and also you drink hot tea while your watching movie. We been here for 17days .I will always stay here when I coming here again in california. Maraming salamat po.... Arlene & Ron

The staff was amazing Jordan by far exceed my expectations he accommodated my children who are in the spectrum and made our stay a breeze It's rare I fell stress free staying at a hotel , the breakfast was so delicious the potatoes were seasoned to perfection Maria and Gaby b we're so nice and helped me get everything I needed as a mother of four things can get crazy when eating out they even turned on the juice machine for my son 5 minutes after breakfast he has autism and it's hard for him to understand at times but they both had so much patience and understanding they really made me feel at home ❤️

Nothing everything was wonderful

I just think that housekeeping should wipe down the doors. When people leave, my doors were a little dirty. But I cleaned them and then I saw a couple of spiders. They did have a paper letting people know that bugs are in season and they do spray, but it still make me a little uncomfortable. The pool and the breakfast was nice and it's nice that they serve you a snack, especially when you pay so much for the room's.

This hotel is so beautiful, so clean and nice. The whole staff is so professional and pleasant, very helpful and friendly. Daniel at the front desk deserves an special mention. The breakfast is great, we have been staying there for several years. If you have a big family I recommend you these suites, you can fit up to 8 people.

Just little details like set more big towels in the bathroom and some blankets in the room if it gets cold

Enjoyed the convenience of having an accessible kitchen inside our suit for our toddler & the comfort of being able to feel like we’re at home without being at home. Breakfast being included was also a huge hit for us knowing that there’s one less meal we don’t have to worry about as a family enjoying our trip!

Everything was excellent!

Like that the hotel as you enter it does not have a smell. Rooms didn't either. Customer service were attentive. The room was clean. Bathroom was ok clean. AND OH MY GOOD NESS THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY FULLY EQUIPPED. GOOD JOB TO THE SERVICE PEOPLE. I would stay there again.

That it's not up keep. Like the floors were sticky as you walk on floors were breakfast was served. Elevators were dirty. Outside area was dirty. Trash cans were full of trash.

1. The room is clean and tidy, and the staff took a lot of time to tidy it up. 2. The breakfast is sufficient, but there are few changes 3. There are low-frequency sounds from machines in some areas, and the front desk is happy to change rooms for customers

Low water pressure

Very clean and nice. Loved that all 5 of us were able to sleep comfortably and not piled up on each other. My kids loved the full kitchen even though we didn’t use it. My daughters loved the pool and jacuzzi and I was pretty satisfied with the breakfast. I was very thankful that they were able to accommodate our requests for ground floor at the end so my autistic son was less likely to cause disruptions to other guests between melt-downs and 5year old energy.

My son is autistic and doesn’t handle change well…he refused to take a shower as he only takes baths at home…no bathtub in the room meant no bathing for him after a full day at LegoLand…didn’t know this was something I would need to request so it’s my fault completely but still disappointed. Also he doesn’t have many safe foods so there wasn’t much he would touch from the breakfast. My kids did wait to go swimming as there were no towels…even though literally 20 minutes earlier at check in we were told there were towels poolside. They had to wait for more to be brought from another property. Also we could hear every single step of the guests in the room above us. I know it’s the joys of traveling but it was something we aren’t used to.

Breakfast food was lukewarm and the same thing Monday through Friday. Would have been nice having waffles every day snd more variety with good.

There needs to be a checklist for those who clean the rooms. A couple times things were missing. Also after 3 days change bed linens. Consider putting something under chair legs to keep them from squeaking so loudly.
