This was one of the BEST travel experiences I have had. This was my daughter's 18th birthday mom/daughter trip and the resort far exceeded our expectations. Every single staff member, no matter if it was the front desk, security at the pool, housekeeping or the valet, everyone was warm, friendly and helpful. I will definitely go out of my way to stay here, should I ever travel back to the area. Five stars all the way!

My only suggestion is that the pool bars stay open later than 5PM, especially the pool without the slide.

We liked that our son and his girlfriend were able to stay in the room for the night. We visit from Northern California, stayed at this hotel couple months ago, ocean view which was amazing!! It was a perfect room for family visit. Room is spacious, clean, staff friendly with a view of Huntington Beach! It was beautiful

Unfortunately, my husband had a stroke night before our trip, obviously unable to make the stay. Long story short, we were unable to reschedule trip, Booking.com telling me to talk to hotel and hotel telling me to talk to booking. Com. It was frustrating, neither side was helpful. It was a disappointing experience. I was able to put our son name on reservation and him n his girlfriend had a nice time. The point is illness is not planned, it’s a stressful time, the lack of empathy and understanding with strong resistance to be helpful, we will not be booking through booking.com from this point on. We have used this service for years but after such lack of humanity, no thank you.

The property is in a superb location on the beach front with excellent facilities. The room was clean, large and spacious with a view of the sea front. We stayed on the 11 th floor in the North Tower. We ate in and the food was good, if a little expensive, but that is the norm in resorts. Staff helpful and friendly. The pool areas were good and lively the a DJ playing on Sunday afternoon. It was busy but it was still maintained well. Overall, we wish we had stayed longer.

The resort was beautiful! Our room was clean, updated and had a relaxing balcony facing the ocean. We had plenty of updated outlets for charging electronics. The bathroom was spacious. They provided complimentary water bottles in the room. We chose this hotel because it was within 30-45 minutes to Disneyland and Santa Monica Pier. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We wish we would have more time to enjoy all that this resort has to offer.

We filled out days with activities in the area and didn't save enough time to use the pools, beach or restaurant. The added fees were quite expensive when we weren't able to use the resort amenities. The parking was valet only which was nice but also made us run late for an appointment as we were checking out. It was also a little inconvenient to not be able to get forgotten items out of the car when needed. The price was high and didn't offer incentives such as free breakfast or free parking.

Spacious room, very clean, shower pressure was great, hassle-free check in, great vibe, bell services went above and beyond holding my luggage several hours after check-out time which was appreciated!!!

That there was an extra charge for every single little thing...including Wi-fi. I usually stay at cheaper hotels on my trips and they provide free Wi-fi. We just went without. Feel like if you spend $400+ on a room-you should not get nickel and dimed for a bottle of water or for other services that are normally included in a hotel stay. However, I am from the midwest and realize things are different in California...

We’ve stayed here numerous times and it’s perfection everytime. Location couldn’t be better for access to beach or great restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself is beautiful-every detail is well thought. Design is bright and welcoming, classy but beachy. Staff is friendly and helpful-from valet to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. The pool is a blast for hanging out while staring out at the ocean. rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained!

A great hotel ! The pool area was our first stop and was great plenty of chairs, appreciated that there’s was a somewhat of a kids area in the pool so they weren’t all over the place, the bar has good drinks by the pool, having a little market/ store in the hotel was convenient for any basic stuff we needed or a quick snack. The gym was pretty basic but had the basic things for simple workouts. Valet guys were nice, hotel staff were nice. Definitely an experience staying here

Everything (beach, food, shopping, etc) was within walking distance which made everything very convenient. Amenities available with resort fee was more than expected and we made good use of them. Staff was excellent.

Pools were small and crowded, especially on weekend. Didn’t like seeing guest bring their pets to the pool. $50/night parking fee was beyond excessive.

Very clean, great atmosphere

Paying $55 a night to park my car for less than 24 hours seems outrageous after paying $814 for the room itself!!! Then my kids had to pay $30 to park so they could come and spend some time with us!

We love this property. It is literally across the street from the beach and walking distance to so many things, including the pier. Our kids enjoyed the pool with the slides. They swam all day and we didn’t have to worry about currents or sharks! A lifeguard on duty gave my husband an I opportunity to sit back and relax.
