Loved the EV charger. The breakfast was more than continental. They had little frittatas that were great and huge bagels. I thought it was VERY comfortable and had great perks that you cannot find in higher end places in SB, such as afternoon wine and cheese, breakfast, EV spot for car and fireplace in lobby. Esteban was wonderful and informative. I would go back. Plus, great deal on booking.com and walking distance to Toma restaurant.

old and kind of dumpy in rooms. My husband said he would not return since it feels like an old motel room and he wants a place with a view of the ocean. He had too high of an expectation. I thought it was great value but not for you if you expect the four seasons. High fluffy pillows so if you are a back sleeper, you may want to bring your own.

The location was excellent - between the beach and downtown. Having bikes to borrow made it especially fun and convenient. They kindly upgraded our room. The happy hour was nice but we were there in winter so could not go outside to their patio and there was a big group that dominated the lobby sitting area each night. Fortunately they let us take the wine back to our room. The breakfast had a nice selection. A bit more variety from day to day in the egg dish might have been nice (or maybe offer waffles that could be toasted) - but they offered egg bites, melon, yogurt cups with berries, cereals and a selection of bagels and pastries. The pool area, with a jacuzzi, while not large, was nice. Plenty of parking.

A small thing: the DVD player would not work in our room. They needed to replace it - which we assume they did. But we never got a chance to try it again.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the mini quiche. They had many choices from cereal to pastries, fruit, and eggs. I’m a Cookie Monster so any place that has free cookies automatically gets bonus points. I felt like I ate 23 cookies but it was probably closer to 12. The location was decent. Not on the beach but a 5 or 10 minute walk up the street will get you there. Also, happy hour was awesome, free wine and cheese and crackers. Perfect for a pre-dinner snack, and also free bike rentals….Need I say more? Lastly, the staff was next level customer service. Everyone was so nice at all hours of the day/night, especially the homey Diego

Hard to complain since they upgraded me to an extra large suite. I mean I guess if I had to pick something I would say that maybe the decoration in this particular room was a bit dated and could use some upgrading but again, it’s hard to complain when you’re in such a large room as big as a full apartment with a kitchen and full appliances.

This hotel was amazing! Our room was basically an apartment with a kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom with a walk in closet. I do like to clean my room upon arriving to a hotel and it was already spotless. When we requested our room to be cleaned, they were so quick, but thorough! Breakfast was light (egg bites, yogurt, pastries), but very good. The location was awesome. Near the beach, gas stations, freeway, restaurants, and little markets. Probably the best hotel we've ever been to!

The front desk staff was not very friendly. When we checked in, there was no one there. We had to wait for the concierge to return. When we came in for breakfast each morning, we were never greeted. The other guests were actually friendlier and spoke to us every time we saw them.

This was my third stay at Brisas Del Mar Inn at the Beach. The location is excellent for me. It is very close to the beach and State Street. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I stayed once in a Standard King Room which was good for me and twice in a King Room with kitchenette, which was so convenient. Housekeeping is great. The rooms are clean and everything is well taken care of. Many thanks to the kind and helpful staff at the reception. They made me feel at home every time.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. It is right next to a gas station which our room was overlooking and was a bit noisy. Our room was upgraded and absolutely huge, unnecessary for our trip but a welcome surprise. Close to shopping , dining and the beach, all within walking distance and in a great neighborhood. There are no elevators on this property but it is only 2 stories. Furniture is a bit dated but everything is clean. Continental breakfast was also nice surprise. I would consider staying here again.

We loved our stay here! From the comfortable beds and welcome bubbly chilling in our room, to the spacious hot tub and well taken care of public areas, to the kind staff and easy check-in, it was all perfect. The continental breakfast (pastries, oatmeal, fresh fruit, cereals, mini quiches, juice,etc.) was delicious and we enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese in the evenings. The hotel is close to the beach and harbor and also a short walk to downtown and the Funk Zone. We went car-free and walked almost everywhere (there’s also a bus stop nearby which we appreciated - we took the bus to and from the airport with ease).

I stayed at this hotel with 7 other friends (4 rooms) and we all loved it. The beds were comfortable and the dressing room was a great bonus to have when one of us wanted to get up early. The linens were also very nice. We really had everything we needed. Having a pool and small workout room was great but what we enjoyed the most were the free bikes and the breakfast. Not having to go out for breakfast and having good healthy choices and an inviting place to gather in the main building was terrific. The staff was both friendly and accommodating and the location - just a few blocks from the ocean - was super convenient.

Nothing really. That said, I feel that the price was high. Some of our friends stayed at a more upscale place for not much more than we paid.

The property is inviting w/ its lovely entrance & Spanish flair. The staff was very kind & accommodating. It was lovely to have bikes to ride, free parking & happy hour. The breakfast was nice also. The room was a good size compared to some hotels in the area.

The carpet in rooms seemed a bit dated. There is a sulfuric smell in rooms but this is common in this area of SB. The pool area could use a few more lounge chairs.

Location is close to the beach and great restaurants. The room was perfect for our family of 3, with kitchen, fridge, and other features. Croissants for breakfast, chocolate croissants, cereal, bread, and more. Good coffee and a comfortable space at the breakfast tables in the Lobby. The staff in the Lobby was friendly and helpful. We loved it.
