Was very quiet, even on a holiday weekend. Staff was very friendly. Conveniently located. Nice grassy area for pets. It’s very nice to have a hotel that doesn’t hassle you about your pets or up charge your stay. That alone is worth any short comings. And you ain’t beating the price! It’s god send that there’s still and affordable clean hotel chain out there.

Absolutely nothing to do with the property. Everything to do with pet owners. PICK UP YOU DOGS SH*T!! You lazy disgusting humans. You give a bad name for traveling pet owners everywhere. They even supply bags! How lazy can you be?? Pick it up! End rant.

The front counter Staff Jesus was very informative and pleasant. Due to our dog not liking stairs (which we actually didn't know for recently adopted her) he was great and switched us to a ground room. The location is close to my family home and great location.

We couldn't get the WIfi to work but fine.

Between a Gelson's and Whole Foods Market, so you can walk and get decent food that's not breaking your budget. The street is not too noisy, and there's a nice residential neighborhood where you can take walks into the hills and look out over the Pacific and gave upon the Channel Islands. Housekeeping leaves you alone if you're there for three weeks, and you just ask for fresh towels. Easy access to the 101 freeway. Walking distance to a CVS pharmacy. The Alice Keck Park Memorial Garden is not too far away, in downtown, and offers pleasant walking, sitting, and water features. There's a Ralph's with a parking garage beneath it nearby. All of this is north of the wharf and north of 101.

Santa Barbara is an expensive place to stay. But at least the climate is nice. The bed was tired and beaten down. But I was able to sleep on it. The unhoused Santa Barbarans are huddled on the sidewalk down the street to the north, but they're tidy and benign in solo encampments.

My room was on the top floor (2nd floor,) so I did not have to deal with anyone being loud above me. The bed was comfortable, and the room was a decent size. There was a pool, though I did not get a chance to utilize it because had such a short stay.

The room could have been cleaner. The floor was dirty, and there were random spot marks on the walls in the bathroom portion where the mirror was.

The area was very good and had lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

The rooms are a lot smaller than I realized. It wasn’t a big deal at the end of the day it served its purpose. It’s just that the pictures seem to make the room look bigger.

Convenient local, quiet, clean, good parking , close to restaurants and downtown.

The curtains do not block out the bright lights on the outside of the building. Our room was toward the front on the office side. It may not be as lit up towards the back.

The office staff was unbelievably and gracious. Going beyond the duty to make sure the room was ready and very friendly. Enjoyed talking and all the commendations this property had to offer.

I wished there were adjoining doors to the rooms. I wish there were coffee amenities In the rooms Instead of the lobby. The room.was pricey. There was no fridge in the.room.

Couldnt get the room dark enoght to get some sleep. The hall lights are too bright and all the light can go into the room through the windows. Perhaps some filters on the windows can help with that issue.

Extremely clean, great location, amazing staff! Beds were motel 6-comfort level beds, not expecting much lol.
